Amazing tacos, the carnitas were perfectly cooked, crispy and flavorful. Carne asada was awesome , fresh pico and guacamole. Look at the size of the perfectly grilled jalapeño that came with my tacos! The owner was super friendly. Definitely will be coming back
The carne asada fries are very good and fresh! The quesadilla was my favorite part of the meal! Hot, juicy and so so tasty! It's also super big! Horchata was also one of the best I've ever had. Prices are normal. Can't wait to go back!
Supreme burrito smothered in green chili has gotten me through many days of hard labor. Also they changed the red sauce and now it is SO SPICY!!! Which is great!!!
Ordered the Thursday special a couple weeks ago - pork in red sauce burrito that came with a roasted japaleno. Probably should have ordered an extra side, since the burrito was pretty much all meat filling, got enough protein for the week :). Cannot say the flavors were subtle, but we were satisfied.
This is the spot for quick amazing Mexican. Just the best tacos around with the absolute most polite staff ever. The breakfast burritos are amazing as well. I probably go there three times a week anymore it’s all good
I honestly can't express to you how much I love this restaurant. The food here is positively magnificent. It's located in the Old Colorado neighborhood so it's already perfectly situated in the best place in the Springs. The parking is off the main road so you don't have to worry about metered parking. The people who run the place are super sweet. The prices are so low that everyone can enjoy it. I have tried at least 25 "Mexican" restaurants in the Springs but this is literally the ONLY ONE that actually serves genuine Mexican food. Not Tex Mex. I strongly suggest you dine inside so you can enjoy the luxury of the environment and all you can eat red or green salsa 🤤. Oh god and before I forget, the Pineapple Agua Fresca is heaven!!!!!!
They have the most delicious, authentic Mexican food. Amazing service. Very friendly staff. Good size portions!!
We tried Los Carnales on a whim and are now addicted to their burritos. Their drive thru is convenient and they offer punch cards to track your way to a free selection. One other thing about their burritos in particular, they are huge! I can't eat one in a single sitting.
This is my go to for Mexican food. The employees are extremely polite and deliver excellent service. The food is outstanding. We’ve never had a meal short of excellent. Their breakfast burritos are absolutely amazing as well. Highly highly highly recommend
The biggest and best breakfast burrito in town. Tried the ham, the bacon, the chorizo, the steak and they all weigh a pound. Chile relleno was awesome. Traditional Mexican Familia. Great people.
Service is awesome. Loved the authentic beans n rice! I didn't really care for the enchilada sauce. But everything else has always been amazing.
I live nearby and I had come here when it was under previous management. It was alright then, but it is great now for at least the things I like. I'm writing a review because I want to make sure they don't go out of business.
I usually get bacon breakfast burritos, Carne asada fries, bean and cheese burritos, and rolled tacos. I hate to promote another place but I think this place is just as good if not better than taco star or taco express, but if you're into them, you'll love this place.
The last guy gave a photo of the bacon brekkie burritos, so I will share photos of the salsas. I actually pick places based on the salsa and the last management had different salsa I disliked. This stuff is HOT and i love it. Burn my face, and it's thicc.

Are you looking for a breakfast taco or burrito while visiting Colorado Springs? Then this is THE PLACE. Amazing breakfast burrito. I ordered the bacon potato egg cheese burrito plus sausage. It is very large. You can order delivery or pickup with grub hub, which is nice. Some dine in seating, but mostly a pick up and go kind of place. Very clean. There is also a drive thru, which is awesome. Very polite staff!
