Truly a gem and a charming space! The large windows make it very welcoming and great for conversations. Delicious coffee and scrumptious food options, all at very reasonable price with outstanding service!

Great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. High quality roasted coffee and a kind, patient staff. You can tell this shop is not only in the community but a part of the local community. While they are primarily a coffee shop, they have a food menu available all day, high quality baked goods, and other non coffee drinks (tea) for any preference. Catch them on certain Saturdays and you'll find local artisan bakers selling waffles or donuts in the shop as well. Got a dog? Switchback welcomes furry friends of the canine assortment (never seen a cat here but no one would blink an eye if you brought one...hamster might be a little weird though).

This is such a cute little coffee shop. We stopped in here on a snowy day and got their avocado toast and Chai tea. Even though we carried out it was such a beautiful place. The atmosphere was really fun with good music, decor, and lots of seating. Food was delicious and it was a perfect snack on a cold day.

Service was good. We ordered an espresso and a latte with oat milk. The latte was delicious, bright with chocolate undertones. The espresso lacked crema but tasted okay. The bacon and leek quiche was AMAZING -- I would go back just for that! We grabbed a bag of beans - Summer Blend - and look forward to brewing at home.

Great atmosphere and coffee! Great for a sit down experience, but not for something quick. To go coffee consistently takes 25-30 minutes even if it's just a 50/50 (their premade, iced drink). Plan ahead if that is what you're going for.

Went on a Sunday morning and brought our mini dachshund along! Had great food - get the avocado toast!!! My iced mocha tasted like chocolate milk which was a little disappointing but I’ll try something else next time. LOVE the set up and amount of seating. I hope to come back during the week occasionally to work a little!

The best Avocado Toast in Colorado! This is a must-stop while in the springs.

It took me 3 visits to finally try the granola bowl and WOW - this might be my new favorite snack in the Springs!! Coffee is great, space is beautiful, they sell a variety of beans (thank you for the decaf option!), and food is unreal. Healthy & gluten free options, too! My favorite work spot.

Delicious coffee and amazing plates with loads of fresh ingredients and flavor. I was too excited and ordered my breakfast sandwich with the green chili sauce (I have to avoid spicy bc life is hard) they kindly remade my sandwich without it. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the outside patio area but the inside is very spacious and clean.

I love switchback! My family and I live down the street and we are there all the time. Brandon’s crew is so great. Erin is so genuine and kind to the family. Martín has some crazy coffee knowledge. All of the baristas have treated us so well, including our little kids. Their food is delicious, the coffee is on point. It’s a great space for meetings or remote work. Can’t say enough good.

What a gorgeous place! Such a nice atmosphere! The espresso is fantastic, the employees are the absolute sweetest. We come drive 8 hours just for the Avocado toast which is to die for! The plants are such a VIBE!!

Big fan of switchbacks. They have the best Gf avocado toast, with tomatoes, micro greens, and two eggs. I also love their house made pumpkin spice oat milk latte. The vibes are great and they always play the perfect music.

We went to Colorado on a trip in June and there was this place around Airbnb. I went early in the morning, and there were many people indoors and outdoors, and there were many people waiting to order. We ordered sandwiches with coffee, so it took a while to come out. Coffee and sandwiches, everything was perfect. So we had breakfast here for two days during the trip. If I go on a trip again, I want to visit this place.

My favorite latte in all the springs. I have tried many many places. They make their own syrups in house and it is so cute inside! I really like the brown sugar one and the honey lavender. If you like more herb flavors and styles this is the place for you (rosemary/lavender etc.) they have good homemade gluten free options too. If you want 5000 flavor options for your coffee or sugar free options that are sweet it might not be the place for you.

Love this place. Been coming here for almost 15 years before it was Fifty-Fifty when it was Ravens Nest. The service is impeccable. They always hire kind and helpful staff. The atmosphere is simple but very calming. It’s minimalism done appropriately. My only criticism is in their pastries and their breakfast sandwich. The pastries as of 6.23 just aren’t that good. I think croissants, bagels, and donuts are coffee shop staples. But as long as I’ve gone there they’ve never consistently had any of these, except for the bagel. And for a time they got rid of cream cheese. Besides that it’s a great spot and I love to see others enjoy it as much as I do.

I am from out of town and was excited to find a local coffee shop. I decided on a vanilla latte and a smoked salmon sandwich. It was a bit pricey, but I was very pleased with my choice. I definitely recommend going to this cute cafe.
