The broth!!!! Dang. Such deep flavor! Ok, I had the oxtail and it was absolutely amazing! A great balance of pickled carrots and grilled radicchio to brighten such silky tender richness. Quick service, a clean atmosphere, and friendly staff who answered all of my questions. Go get some ramen!!

SO GOOD! We are from out of state and no one near our home has decent ramen. This absolutely hit the spot. Kid approved, too! I got the Rippin' Rooster, but after trying the pork belly I wish I had gotten that. All of it was delicious!
