I've been to this subway at least 6 times some drive thru, some inside but everytime sandwiches have been perfection. I usually get veggie on wheat. I've had these from door dash NOT from this store and they were dry and hard. This subway also has outstanding music 80s mix playing acdc! Van Halen! Customer service is also top notch. Can't say enough. This is possibly the best subway in Colorado springs all around.

Wow! I feel bad I didn’t ask his name, but the Dude in there tonight that made our sandwiches, the cheerful black dude, made THE BEST Subway Sammiches I’ve seen and had in years! He made them with pride and a neatness like you see on TV. Just a greatly made trio of sandwiches tonight! We usually go to the one up by Wendy’s on Rangewood and last couple times they were such a let down. This location definitely has a great sandwich maker that shows that he cares about what he’s doing! Literally reminds me of when I first had subway way back when they used to make their subs like they should be made! Excellent service with a smile! We will catch your name next time, but thank you for a great visit!
Have had my share of Subway around town.. Quick.. Easy.. You know what you are getting.. Having said that - there are two locations in the Springs I go to consistently.. This one on Dalby Dr and the location at Rangewood and Woodmen.. These two stand out.. Ok Ok.. The one in Fountain too - but I’ve only been there once.. Anyhoo.. These stores have always done me right.. On the rare occasion my order wasn’t perfection - they made it perfect.. and we hit Subway about once every other week.. Thank you!! <3
The workers at this subway are the sweetest, kindest people to exist. They helped me out when I was struggling with my card!!
I love subway!!! EAT FRESH they say and I totally agree! Their food always tastes fresh and they've even added some new fun actual menu items which is cool. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the sandwiches they are making. And of course the cookies are always a hit for me! Keep it up!!!
Was good only thing was is there were 2 girls working and one girl went outside to smoke and left the other girl to make my 3 sandwiches which obviously I don't blame her but my sandwich got burned. She called the other girl to come back in and she didn't. Just ignored her and made the poor girl finish the sandwiches on her own. The sandwiches were great except one being burnt. To the girl who made our sandwiches thank you so much. To the other girl you need to step your game up honey smoke after the costumer is gone not in the middle of starting to make our first sandwich. That's all again thank you to the one girl you did amazing but shame on the other one who ignored her and went out to smoke.
Update: I went in and asked to speak with the manager the next day, the employees there were very apologetic and made our food right away. Updating my star review.
I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t order dinner for my family of 6 without placing a catering order. I waited in line in the drive thru for about 5-10 minutes before being told they would not complete my order because it was a catering order. I ordered 4 kids meals and 2 - 6 inch sandwiches. I have never been told by any other location that I have to place a special order to feed my family.
WOW! Bravo Subway! I couldn't believe it when I heard that it was the gal that made my sandwich's 2nd day, and the gentleman that rang me up, it was his 3rd day! So impressed by the level of engagement of these new employees. She even offered me a free cookie if I got double the meat - so new and already utilizing your promotions. As a district manager in my industry, I know how hard it is to hire good people, especially in these times, and you all blew it out of the water! And the store was super clean, the sandwich was awesome, fresh, made just the way I like it. Will definitely be back!
Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the younger girl that helped me and and her manager. They greeted me when I walked in and we're attentive to being professional. Whomever is managing the franchises is doing a good job of finding quality people. Also, the sandwiches were delich. Well done.
Sandwiches are amazing and always fresh.
Most Subways I go to always have very hard and crumbly bread, with stale meat. But I’ve never had any issues with the sandwiches at this location, it has some of the softest bread and juiciest meat out of all the Subways in the Springs!

Service has been great when we've gone here to get some subs and salads. They keep the line moving, but also do a great job of making everything to the customer's desire.
Literally here daily. Never had a problem, and all the managers are really great. Anyone leaving less than 3 stars are just bad customers.
