Great, but I hate we only had one menu to choose from for Valentine's. The salad pure sucked, hearts of palms, avocado, yuck. My husband has stomach issues so he doesn't eat salad anyway or any meat other than chicken. Normally we skip the meats because that's our least favorite. But it was Valentine's and you got it one way. With wine and roses was over $200. But it was my birthday too so I shouldn't complain, but you should be able to eat the courses you want and there should have been a regular salad offered. Dessert of course was the best part!!
First time at this location. Excellent service. Our server was very nice and helpful with the menu. The food was amazing and did not disappoint. We will definitely be back again.
We had an incredible birthday celebration! The manager, Ally, and our server, Amy, were so welcoming and provided us with truly exceptional service. I would recommend them and the Melting Pot to anyone celebrating a special occasion or just looking for some great food and service!
A great experience! I was extremely pleased to have a dinner in which I didn't feel rushed to get the next customer seated. The food was prepared professionally. Being it was our first experience, we were treated wonderfully and had everything explained. It's someplace I highly recommend that everyone try at least once. For us, we will be back again!
We had the 4 course meal and by far our favorite was the shrimp and lobster cooked in the mojo seasoning. I'm sure my wife would argue a little and say it was the white chocolate fondue with Heath bar melted in it.
This place was amazing! It was mine and my husband's anniversary and every person we came in contact with told us happy anniversary and they gave us a personally signed card from the staff. The personal touches were great. The server, Shelby, was great, very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. The manager even stopped to be sure everything was ok. Will be returning soon!
Shelby was an awesome waitress!I’m not a huge cheese fan, so we usually do the basic cheese fondue, but the loaded baked potato cheese fondue was so tasty and a game changer! I hope to see the loaded baked potato cheese fondue on the menu permanently! The chicken isn’t our favorite, but they always let us get more steak/shrimp so it makes up for it! Then the dessert is always on point!

Full service bar, and exceptional wait staff that will walk you through ordering and even help prepare your meal with you if you are new to fondue. A gem to Columbia metro area.
Great staff, service and experience. The only negative was we had a party of 6 at a large table in the back with 3 walls surrounding us, and it was pretty hot, especially with the burners going. We were all sweating, but the food was worth it. lol
We LOVE the Melting Pot!! We have always had excellent service, delicious food and never once have we been that the manager didn’t come to our table to ask about our meal and our experience. We love celebrating special occasions at the Melting Pot!
The food was great. I enjoyed myself doing something different. The manager and the waitress they gave excellent customer service.
Wonderful ladies night last night. Atmosphere is lovely, food was excellent, service superb my drinks never ran out and I never had to ask for more. Waitress accommodated our large group like a pro and substituted things without question and gave us all the military discount without hesitation. Lauren was great! Thank you! Will be back!
Reservations were easy for me to make for my family and I to eat there this past Sunday. We enjoyed the food, our waiter was excellent and tended to whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and my daughters (1 and 5) loved it! We will definitely be returning!
we enjoyed the 4 course deal...steak was great cheese divine...salad not as good but dessert was a chocolate paradise...so yummy..

They went out of their way to make my birthday special! From the large private table, to the roses on the table and a card signed by all the staff it was perfect. They even pay clef an awesome bottle of red wine for me. Thank you for a special memorable night!!
Went there with my girlfriend and had Amy has our waitress and she did a perfect job. Very friendly and explained everything to us so well. Also had a chance to speak with the manager Andy, very friendly and attentitive. Great food and the chocolate fondue is the best. In the voice of terminator, I’ll be back.
We celebrated our 9th anniversary, on Saturday, with our first experience at The Melting Pot. Rosanna was our waitress & she helped make our experience a very pleasant one. We will definitely recommend to others & we will be back.
