Horrible experience. Ordered food for my team. They did not provide all the food ordered. I had to drive back up and get the food that was not originally provide. Good customer service would have offered a fresh new order. After all who wants old food. I wasted gas and I was time and I wasted money
Just ordered a slaw dog add ketchup and an apple turnover. The slaw fog was soggy and very sloppy. The entire paper was smeared with the chili and ketchup. Plus there was no mustard or onions on it. I just ordered a hamburger basket with no slaw extra fries cut in 1/2 with no lettuce or pickles. I got slaw and everything I asked not to be on the burger. The burger was cold but the fries were hot. They won’t pick up the phone when trying to call them about your order.
I guess they don't know fries are suppose to be brown. The burger would have been great if it was hot 🙄. Sure hope all Rushes are not like this ugh!!
First time eating here. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Food was good, not hot but warm. Service was good.
