We ordered on the app and they had our food the second we pulled into the spot. Their drive thru line was nuts and this was so impressive. It was Valentine’s weekend and my minis came out in a heart shaped container — nice touch.

I can honestly say that Chick-fil-A is one of the only fast food chains I haven't gotten tired of eating, there truly is no other chicken sandwich like it!! All of their locations that I've been too run so smooth and have the best drive-through team set up! Great leadership and customer service!

Chick-fil-A at Killian Rd is consistently my go-to for fast food when I don't feel like cooking. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and hot most visits. Rarely is there ever a long wait no matter how long the lines.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chick filet, but I’ve never had one. It wasn’t even busy. I waited to be greeted and place an order, it’s dirty and there are no napkins in any dispenser. Employees are walking around aimless. Never seen it before in 15 years of chick filet dining, at any location.

Such bad service--went to the drive-thru and once again they shorted us (third time this year so far) a sandwich. I call and of course they say come back for it. Um, I'm home. If I have to drive all the way back to you to get something you should have given me in the first place you should comp me something. I look in the bag--nothing but the sandwhich I've now spent an extra hour to get. I told the manager probably would be coming back to this one at all and he said "have a nice day." What a passive aggressive response. If this is Chick-fil-A customer service I'll find something else to do with my hard earned money. #chickfila #badcustomerservice #shameonme

Since this location opened my family and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the staff and the food. The staff is always friendly and inviting and make you feel like family. I got out of the house with my wife and 2 girls for the first time after 2 recent surgeries and had another wonderful experience. The manager Alex let my children behind the counter to make their own ice cream cones and they couldn't have been happier. (pic attached). It's not every day I can give a rave review about a fast food restaurant but we are proud to have them in our community.

I just finished conducting a bible study and went to Chik-fil-A to grab dinner. I finished placing my order in the drive thru and while waiting to get to the window, I grab my wallet. Only I realized I left my wallet at school. I start to panice, get to the window, tell the girl I left my wallet and to cancel my order. The girl says,"Don't worry about it?" I'm loke, what do you mean. She says, "You forgot your wallet. We have you taken care of." Wow, I was shocked. Thank you #chikfila The generosity was truly appreciated. I love Chik-fil-A anyways but this has made me love the company even more.

I've never had such a great experience at a restaurant before. The staff was extremely pleasant and it was genuine.. During my time there with my family, it started storming and they had an employee walking people to their cars under an umbrella. It didn't get any better than that! The service was phenomenal! As busy as they were, they got my family & myself our food very quickly and we were a party of 9! I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be returning. I hardly ever leave reviews so when I do something MUST have been done right! Thank you all for your great customer service.

Passing through this CFA today on a business trip. Huge lunchtime rush! Parking lot was full and inside line long at this new CFA. However, the line went very quickly and all workers seemed efficient, friendly and happy. The "Missing Man Table" was very touching on this Memorial Day. Only gripe was that they could've called it missing soldier or something more gender neutral. There are many moms, daughters, sisters and wives who have given their lives in the service of our nation. Keep up the good work CFA!

We frequent Chic fila. We come because the Customer Service is over the top wonderful. At this location we had a horrible experience. We did a mobile order. Peyton gave us our order and I asked if she had put the sauce in the bag. She walked right past me. I thought she didn’t hear me so I stood patiently. She walked past me multiple times making eye contact and did not ask if I needed anything. After waiting about 5 minutes, I got my own sauce. While eating in the restaurant, we sat in front of some employees eating their dinner. The language was horrible. I was with my 9 year old son. Totally not what I expect from Chic fila.
