I had one of the most disrespectful experiences here. To make a long story short: On Sunday I visited with my grandson and God-daughter I was asked what I wanted i told her the first item and it took some time for her to come back. Meanwhile other customers getting waited on and completed behind me.

I'm totally disappointed!!! I understand that everyone is understaffed everywhere but that should not interfere with the quality of service you provide your customers. Slow as molasses, ordered the same exact create your own that I've been ordering for years in a "like it" size, the girl tells me I can't mix 2 flavors only if I take a bigger size. Then she overcharged me for a extra mix in. No customer service at all, everyone working there

I walk in the cold stone and ask for a medium cheesecake with Raspberries. They gave me a medium cheesecake with raspberries and chocolate syrup Instead. Also when they 1st started making My dish I told the girl that I didn't like the way that he was making it and she said "That's not my problem". n

Owner locked us inside because we were five minutes from closing. He then got mad because his employees proceeded to mess up the orders three times. My group received incorrect orders, I received nothing. Appalling service.

Worst customer service ever. The girl didn't get my order right after I told her what I wanted and when I told her that’s not what I asked for it was like she got an attitude. I also had to ask for a bag and she didn’t ask about my rewards. I’ll stick to Marble Slab!

If in need of some ice cream, this is the place. they have a table to honor veterans which warms my heart with a daughter serving and many family members having served.

Overall, the place is good, I am a repeat customer. I do have issues occasionally, ice cream not cold enough and melted before I get it. Inconsistent portions, every time I get the Love It size, but it will be a super small portion, a medium portion, and occasionally an excessive portion. Rec
