Be careful going through the drive through and check your food before driving away. My wings are swimming in sauce, I can’t even eat them. They are dripping when I pick them up out of the half inch of sauce in the container. So disappointing 😒

I ordered on doordash and the food was horrible. This is the BEST Zaxby's to go to.The food is alway fresh and hot. The customer service is great, too. The prices are affordable. It is usually crowded. But, well worth the wait.

They ran out of fries. And my chicken was cold. Ask for zaxby sauce for my wings and strip. And only received ranch sauce. It was the worst.
Have absolutely had it with this particular location. My husband and I were yelled over the top of through the drive thru speaker and TOLD what we would order, not asked what we wanted.
