Love, love, love, this place the donuts are always fresh . The staff is always friendly and give great customer service. The only problem I have here is I could eat a whole box to myself . Warm glaze is my favorite, they melt in your mouth with every bite. Keep a look out they always put out coupon
Not very impressed with this location. Came here to get my friend a free dozen for her birthday. We went inside since we weren’t sure how the free dozen worked. We stood at the counter and watched 5-6 employees all stare at us for 5 minutes before asking if we needed anything. Then I inquired about
This is the 3rd time I got cream filled donuts with one little spot of cream. Really? Dunkin donuts munchkin filled had more. Very sad. Coffee was so strong that you couldn't drink it. I will not go back.
In all my krispy kreme years I have NEVER received a box of stale donuts until now. Two boxes at that! Told my co worker who said she had the same thing happen to her and wondered why they gave her a free box… stale. Asked her which one she went to. SAME LOCATION. Hers were stale a week before mine.

If you want great service don’t go there. Go to Knox Abbott Drive location. If you want to order a variety don’t go there bc the order will not be straight no matter how many repeats you say. Best doughnuts ever!
Well first, you make the doughnut box smaller. And now the doughnuts are extra small. I'd prefer to go to west Columbia location, but wasn't on that side of town. Not sure if it's because they had a special is why doughnuts were so small. Charge more and give less, tell me how that adds up
