Bread was flat and tasted very par baked, staff was young kids arguing and playing. Rude staff and reluctant to make my Subs Correctly and Customized.

I usually don't have any issues with this store, but todays experience was less than stellar. The gentleman at the front of the line taking orders was quick and attentive. The "sandwich artist" working the toppings was slow and sloppy. I and other customers watched her spend 5 minutes (that's not an exaggeration) making one customers elaborate sandwich. And the gentleman on the register was distracted, chatting/joking with the toppings girl, and acting as if the job was secondary on his to-do list today. The final straw was when he blew into a sandwich bag to open it before stuffing my lunch into his germy breath. My appetite took a nose dive after that.

Very good subway, fast fresh and clean and professional service. Mr. Rowland is an excellent And friendly line cook. I was very impressed with his sub creating skills and from my experiences at other locations he is top tier. Thanks!

Need to fix faulty website. We tried multiple times to change to footlong from six inch but the website does not have the option. The website is currently running a BOGO promo on all footlong subs but there is no way to chose a footlong. Also, tried to call two locations including Hardscabble road & two notch rd(Walmart) but both numbers go directly to voicemail at 3:30pm in the afternoon. Not good for business. We went elsewhere.
UPDATE! I tried to make a purchase for a footlong online & the website would not accept my debit card(I called Wells Fargo & they said it was on Subways end). I tried to pay for my footlong online so since it would not go through I took a snapshot & went to the store to place the exact same order for a footlong Roasted Chicken Sub. Online price was $6.58 & when I arrived at the store to purchase the exact same sandwich it was $7.69. I showed the online order to the young high school employee & he didnt know anything(as always). And how do you run out of MAYONNAISE??

This restaurant should get zero stars.I went to this subway yesterday to get my daughter a sub. When it was time for me to add my condiments to the sub, I noticed something crawling near the lettuce. I thought it might be a fly, which is NOT good BUT to my disgust..It was a ROACH crawling into the lettuce. I almost threw up!!! Needless to say I ran out that restaurant & I'm NEVER going back. I wish I had a video to share with you guys.

Did a mobile order and came a few minutes early. My food was ready and exactly like I wanted it. Very happy with this location.

Came in only for cookies. They had less than what I want so I asked how long it would take for the ones in the oven to finish. They said one minute so I said that I’d wait. The staff kept prolonging it and tried to make it seem like I couldn’t purchase the cookies. Once I came back inside (10 minutes later) they still weren’t done. The guy gave me attitude and two burnt cookies that were so hard around the edges I couldn’t bite into them. Waste of money.
