Their speaker is terrible—can’t hear a thing you’re asking for, so I cut my order short because I was tired of repeating myself after the 5th time of them asking “I’m sorry what?” Also no knowledge of their menu when I asked for an item and they seemed clueless as to what I was talking about. Realized finally what I was referring to and it was still incorrect/made wrong. Donut was sad looking and wrong type of filling so the entire experience was disappointing. I won’t go again, I’d rather drive the extra mile and go to the garners ferry location. Pics below of my sad looking donut referred to as the brownie batter donut.. note the inside filling 🙃

Worst experience ever at any food service place.. Wish I could give negative stars. Went to purchase donuts and saw a sign that said online orders only, so I ordered by phone and waited. And waited. 20 minutes in the parking lot while worker came and went and saw me waiting. 100 degrees outside.so I finally went in to ask and the girl rudely asked "what order?" I told her the name and she grabbed the first receipt out of a big stack waiting and said "we don't have most of these." No apology. I said that I wanted my money back and she said "We can't do that. You'll have to call the 800 number." I asked her for the number and she walked away without a word. Warm bodies do not equal customer service, and I question the judgment of any corporation that allows this on their front lines.. There is no excuse for this king of incompetence and rudeness in any position, especially one dealing with the public.

Extra large hot Coffee with extra cream and sugar was perfect. Fast service for a Dunkin. Thanks to the staff here for doing it right in all areas

Walked in to order but was informed by one of the employees that the inside was for mobile orders only. Was fine with that but the one young lady was going to go ahead and take our order since we only wanted a few doughnuts. The manager goes to let her know the inside is only for mobile orders and she replied well they just wanted a few doughnuts. Her reply was "so..and make sure you lock the door when they walk out". I usually come to this dunkin everyday when the kids are in school. But after that interaction I will never spend another dime in there. The manager was very rude(The one with the braids).

This location has always been my go-to when I want Dunkin'. My favorite drink is their frozen hot chocolate. They had it this time, but when they didn't on my previous visit, they made it right. Friendly workers who make you laugh and all-around, pretty good customer service.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Dunkin donut. I went to the Dunkin' donuts on Devine Street today for service. The line was extremely long and moving excessively slow I went to the the door and found it locked. There is no notice at all on the door indicating that the lobby was closed. I called inside and asked if in fact the inside was locked. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked was this the only location that had the lobby closed and she said that she did not know I asked if it would not be too much trouble to post a notice on the door indicating that the lobby was closed and she slammed the phone down in my face. I understand that the service industry is understaffed and that people are working longer hours and working harder. However being disrespectful and rude should never be acceptable I left and did not and will not ever patronize this location and I am asking that anyone in this area no longer patronize this location. I have taken my business to Starbucks and that is where I will continue to go where I receive good customer service. How shameful of this company to let that type of behavior be the norm.

I walked in this morning, and I was disgusted. The staff does not wash their hands before handling people's food, I was ignored for about 5 to 10 minutes, and the woman taking my order was very rude. I did not purchase anything, and I will not purchase anything from this place until they improve. I will take my business to Krispy Kreme or Starbucks! Shame on you Dunkin for your conduct.

I don't know why I return to this location... I guess it's because of convenience. It certainly is NOT because of the qualities of the service, food or experience. My last trip there, just a few days ago, was another glaring example of why the franchisee needs to change its personnel.
Ordering on the app is a great way to avoid the nasty attitude of the female manager or the glib persona of the male waiter (is that his title?). We ordered a coffee in a manner so as to be completely sugar-free, and instead of a sugar-free shot of vanilla being added, it was shots of French Vanilla Swirl, which is NOT sugar-free! The coffee was for someone with a severe reaction to sugar!!
Then, it NEVER fails for us to be given our coffees and be told "There you go, have a good day," to which we have to say, "where is our food?"
Once it's brought to the manager's attention, she just gives us mad attitude. It's just so unprofessional and disheartening. My coffee isn't hot, my food doesn't look appetizing and isn't wrapped purposefully, and the drive-thru window service leaves a lot to be desired at the Devine St location.
I believe it's an easy fix of a change of trained, motivated personnel and new management. Do those things, and I'll change my review if it's warranted. Promise! 💯
