Coleys is a hidden gem. It's quietly one of Columbia's best restaurants! I eat there every week and have never been disappointed in my meal or the value. Brian Coley is very genuine and it shows in his restaurant.
Ate at Coley's last night with a friend. I had the spinach, bacon, apple salad for the first time and it was amazing! Left me craving it today! Also tried a new sandwich for me the pesto chicken with red peppers and goat cheese Awesome!! I always love Coley's always great service and great food and the patio is the best!
Just got done eating here and it was wonderful! I started with a Brown Eyed Girl and this cocktail was AMAZING!!! We ordered the beer cheese appetizer which was very good with the soft pretzels. We asked our server for suggestions and she was super helpful and very nice. I took her advice and got the salmon and it was perfection and such a large portion!! The staff was super friendly from the hostess to the buser we will be back for sure!!
Can’t find a better burger anywhere else! � This place has the best food! I always make sure to stop in when I am in town!
We had lunch at the bar. The food was incredible and the cocktail list comprehensive and tasty. But more than that we enjoyed the company of Crystal, Sara, and Sarah Jane. Their great attitude and fun conversation made for a memorable meal! We’ll definitely return!!
Food was great. Had the nachos for appetizer. Loved the margarita. Im very picky about my margaritas. Had a burger and fries. Both were great. Our server McKenzie was super. I will definitely go there again
I was in town and suggested to friends we meet here after reading online reviews regarding the menu, and we were all quite happy with our service and the food. My Brie burger featuring Brie cheese, dried cranberries and caramelized onions was a big sensation, and I substituted a house salad for the fries and was wonderfully surprised at the generous portion and variety of veggies included. I sampled a friend's sweet potato hush puppies and I can assure you they're among the most addictive potato food I've ever had. Next trip I'll gladly break my diet for those. ☺️
I always enjoy Coley’s! The Red Sangrias are my favorite in Columbia!! Our food was delish and the service was fantastic! Our 15 year old son couldn’t get over how his water glass was never empty!! He even drank it down fat to see how long it took to refill.....2 minutes! That’s pretty sweet compared to a few other downtown establishments.

Excellent food and drinks, plus a friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. One of my favorite places for a quality meal in town.
We have been to Coley's many times, always been pleased. Food, service, price - all good. We especially enjoy their small outdoor patio when the weather permits.
Excellent service. This is my third time here and I've always been impressed. They have a terrific drink menu and delicious food. Try the pepper jack chicken philly!

The food was fantastic. I'd go back for just the Nachos! Sean was our server and he was amazing. Great food, great service, looking forward to coming in again.
This was the 2nd time for my daughter and I, and it was an exceptional experience both times! I had the Hoisin Pork Chop once again, and my daughter had the Salmon Salad for the 2nd time! We both had the Moscow Apple Mule...best drink ever! We went there on St. Pat's day...last Saturday, also Mom's Wknd for her sorority! We will be back, because Coley's has become our favorite go to restaurant in Columbia, Mo.�

I love their menu! Their Spinach and Salmon salad is one of the best dishes in Columbia.
Last night was the first time I've been to Coley's. The food choices are unique without being overly pricey. The brie burger is to die for.
Pepper jack Mac and cheese, rib eye and salmon to die for. Bartenders are always on point. Love coming here.
Limited menu but they do it all well. Good atmosphere. We loved the salmon and the beef stroganoff. Outstanding We will be back
We had a great time at Coley's. My wife had the filet with Julianne veggies. They killed it! Done to perfection and the veggies were cooked without being soggy. I had the Canyon Bowl: it comes with black bean + corn salsa, pico de gallo, quinoa, avocado, chopped spinach, cilantro-lime dressing, and queso fresco and I added beef tenderloin. That beef was WAY over cooked...be sure to ask for it to be done the way you want it done. After I chunked off the charred parts it was fine. The service was on point! Our glasses stayed full and the staff worked as a team. The calamari was lightly breaded, and authentic, but it felt like it had a double portion of salt in the mix. Fun atmosphere. Living room-ish and comfortable. The bathrooms are small and downstairs. 1 hole poppers so you might have to wait if there is a rush. I will go again.
Coley's is a big, huge YES! The inside was made to be instagrammed. Super cute and fresh decor with a minimalistic plant vibe that was perfect for appetizers, which were incredible! This is the place in Columbia for unique appetizers. The artichoke cakes were like a vegetarian crabcake almost but instead of crab it was the sweet tang of an artichoke and the dipping sauce was amazing. The sweet potato tacos were next level delicious too, the mix of sweet potatoes and corn salsa with crema was delicoous! Also, their thin cut fries and pretzle bites with cheese were homestyle, comfort food perfection!

You will love this cozy spot. Bonus points for the outdoor patio and the stocked bar. Try the shrimp tacos, hoisin pork chop, nachos, mediterranean stuffed chicken, or the pesto tortellini. When I'm wanting something light, I'll get a salad with a side of grilled salmon. When I'm ready to indulge, the chocolate gooey butter cake a la mode. Did I mention the sangria?!
What A great Bistro with a tempting menu. I can’t say I’ve ever order Beef Stroganoff at a restaurant but it is delicious and filling. Had a house salad with honey/bacon dressing. Everything was delicious.
Fresh ingredients and delicious. Good 80's background music softly playing was very much appreciated. I had a Canyon bowl with grilled chicken (see pic w/ plate served with avocado) and I finished every morsel. The only thing that surprised me is that they automatically charge a 20% gratuity added to our check. We are a family of 5 so that was kind of puzzling. Other than that, it was a delicious meal.
