I enjoyed my experience here a lot. Got take out and order Lamb curry. Very flavorful. Lamb is my favorite meat and this will likely become my go to. My tip is to stay lower on the spicy scale. I thought I liked really spicy but they proved me wrong
We used to love going here and thought the dishes were so flavorful offering Columbia great Indian cuisine. I don’t feel like the flavors and spice to the dishes have been great since the pandemic- the last 3 times we felt like everything has been watered down.
This place is amazing. I've had the food here a few times and it's always amazing. The flavors are fantastic. It'll definitely be my go-to Indian place when I'm in Columbia or traveling through.
6/8/2022: I AM SO SAD. I was reading reviews trying to figure out what was going on, and discovered that Sonny and his family sold India’s House. I had noticed over the past ~6 months or so the food was not good anymore. I thought maybe they just had a new cook that needed more time to learn but… up
I love this place! When I moved away from Columbia, I had been looking forward to the day where I would have India’s House again. Today was the day and it’s still perfect. They’re only doing take out right now (06/03/2022) but it’s still worth it
Quality of food was good, staff were friendly. Price seemed a little high, but everything is high now. Would have given 5 stars if dine-in were open.
The door was locked when we got there - had to call someone to unlock it! The restaurant itself looked sad too. I wouldn't go there to dine at all.
