I had placed an order through the Panera App and when it was delivered there was a couple items missing. The store staff was quick to apologize and went above and beyond to make it right. Okay….I’m a Panera fan….have the loyalty card, the whole thing. This was the most substandard Panera I have ever been to. Here’s why:
1. Coffee was almost cold…I drink mine black and it was kind of hot, but by the time they added cream to my husband’s coffee, not so much.

I worked at a Panera for 2.5 years. I worked mainly at the register so I know good customer service when I see it. When I came to this Panera and went to order, the cashier was not friendly or welcoming and did not ask all the right questions (didn’t ask about drinks, pick 2 options, or sides).
Ordered Panera to be delivered. Opened up my sandwich to find a 2 inch long black hair right on top.. 🤮 Its on white bread and literally on the top. I have no idea how it was missed. So, I'm assuming the person who wrapped either saw and didnt care or the hair was already on the plastic wrap. Gross.
Good healthy food and better portion sizes. Love the ambiance, their menu is slightly confusing and staff even looks at the menu board to take a reference to what customer wants. The organic drinks are great in taste. I would definitely recommend it to all readers.
Great place to eat! Restaurant is very clean. The food came out fast and hot. Panera only uses clean food with no fillers no added colors or artificial any in there food. My family of four had dinner for $43.00. I love this place will come back.
The place was disgusting, the floors looked awful the bathroom was out of paper towels, tables had not been wiped. Food was not even warm, waited a while but that mightve been because of the broken timer thing.all in all it felt unsanitary to eat here for sub par food.
