This was my first time their staff was patient because I had not been there before I had the number 17 I do recommend it and the staff was extremely friendly the place was very clean
I haven’t been in since the opening. Sterling had a great staff and he himself was out working in the lobby and on the line! As always the food was amazing! You can’t beat Jersey Mikes Sub! 👌🏻
The guys were very welcoming when we came in. We visited from out of state and one of the workers showed us the details to making a sub there at Jersey Mike's. Once we were done we were surprised with an "Every Rookie Gets A Cookie" treat for being our first time at Jersey Mike's! If you've got one of these close to you I highly recommend that you go there.

Went to Jersey Mikes in Clinton twp MI for the first time tonight! When we got there we were welcomed by a gentlemen named Christian. He was very nice and showed us the menu without hovering and telling us what to order. He gave us a free cup because we were splitting a drink. The little things are what will be remembered. We haven't even tried the food yet but I'm sure it will be delicious! Something else I noticed was that it's now a quarter to 9 and a swarm of people walked in.. Normally, employees would be crabby because they are getting ready to close. This group was still very upbeat and positive! Christian asked us if we were dining in and I said not to worry since they were about to close. He insisted on us staying to dine in. Usually,I never think to write a review about a faster dining place because I never have a feeling there except hunger. Tonight, I felt welcome and the generosity of a great staff. If Christian is not the manager already, then she should be!
They have the nicest people working there - ALWAYS. Service is with a smile and a chat. Their food is fresh, fast and tasty. Excellent place.
Really good subs! I love that the meat and cheese is sliced fresh to put on your sandwich. The bread is great, the place is clean and the staff are very friendly!

Finally got to make it Jersey Mike's for the first time since they've opened up in Columbia. Service was friendly and fast and food tasted wonderful will definitely try this place again!

Ate there for the first time today & now see what all the talk is about. Excellent food, helpful friendly owner & employees. Wow, what a meal you get for the price. Way way better than Subway! If you haven't eaten there you have to give it a try.

Friendly employees made up sandwiches quickly for my friend and me. Everything always fresh and made to order. No waiting to order tho sometimes it can be busy, line moves fast. Love lots of choices on the menu!
I used to always eat their cold subs at my old job MIDWAYUSA. They used to order it so much I got tired of it..... I do love their chipotle philly cheesesteak though 😋 🙂

Me and my husband went to jersey Mike's today around 230 and there were a bunch of college kids being rude and difficult but the employees stayed very professional and kind the whole time. I appreciate their customer service. I know they have to be frustrated by the crowd and those kids but they handled it very well. Also the food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. 10/10 do recommend going here.
We were passing through town and we decided to stop! We got subs for 5 and they greeted us awesomely help us order we’re very polite from ordering to paying!!! Everything was great it was our first time their and if I’m passing through again I will be stopping! Bread was soft vegetables were fresh and food was amazing!!!
