The buffet is best on the weekends when the bar is full with food. If you go on a week day item selection might be limited. The food is great but I wish they would go back to the house made ranch salad dressing that was tha best. Overall it is still a good place to go.
Unfortunately food isn't all that great, the grill techs are generally competent in making specialty cooked steaks. But most of the food is severely under-seasoned and overcooked.
