This was our first visit. We were not served with any napkins, I had to go chase down someone to get us some. The food was good and plentiful, the temperature of the dining room was PERFECT! I would recommend this establishment! I looked at the details of our order and we were charged for a "Game" $2.99 she said she would get her manager to take that off, we waited for quite a while and she never came back, so we just let her keep it for the rest of the tip.

Expect mistakes in your order. This restaurant does not pay attention to details. I ordered through a door delivery service. Someone stole my meal, which makes me expect that this restaurant does not verify that orders picked up are for the name on the receipt. I had to wait for four meals to be remade. I paid for a side item that was missing from my order. I was given the wrong salad dressing and another order was given an extra sauce that we didn't order. After feeling that I had an awful experience, I looked at more reviews and quickly noticed that there were multiple and repeated complaints about this restaurant not fulfilling customization (like not receiving the sauce or dressing you requested) and lots of orders with missing items. In addition, the amount of fries included in two different meals varied a lot; one meal had an adequate amount and the other had about half as many. After this experience and reading of similar experiences, I will not buy food here again. Also, the food was mediocre at best.

Excellent customer service! My fiance lost her appetite when her burger was pink in the middle, but we didn't even complain before they asked and didn't charge us for it. The experience could've been better for her, but we were treated very well the whole time. I would definitely go back.

I usually have a descent experience here and I have recommended it to several people online and off. When I was still doing alot of promotions chili's had even donated gift certificates and several other items in exchange for advertisement.
I am hoping for the sake of chili's this particular chili's was just have a very bad off night. This particular night a few of decided to have a quiet dinner and a night cap, but it was anything but.....
First off we were seated at a table that had been wiped in a hurry, pieces of food left behind, under the table were several chunks of food. It looked like there had been 0 effort to clean up before quickly seating someone at the table. We were seated and finally had someone stop by our table(15 minutes after being seated) to ask about drinks. About another 15-20 minutes before the drinks arrived. We ordered. I had the steak and chicken fajitas. I can't recall how long it took to get our food, but it was about average. Somehow my tortilla shells had got soaked in some kind of liquid(did not come wrapped in foil) so I asked for some replacements, which I did receive a short time later.
The bathroom had toilet paper on the floor in more than one location, the trash was over flowing, and there were no paper towels for drying hands.
I guess that is about it, but it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will be eating there again after the experience we had. I hope someone sees this that can correct this from happening to anyone in the future.

Chili's was a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the noise level even on a Friday night, was relatively quiet. They definitely know how to cook a steak. I will definitely be back again.

Today I ordered ribs and nachos and had it delivered. I couldn't even eat the rest of my food because I found plastic in the nachos. I've ordered from here before and have never had this type of experience then. Even though i got a refund from the delivery service i used ,this maybe the last time I order from here ever again. I took a picture of it too.

Food was good waitress was so nice. watermelon margarita was very good. They rung us up wrong and overcharged us.

My husband ordered a Screwdriver cocktail from the bar but neither the waitress or the bartender knew what that was. That should have been our first warning sign. The second warning sign…the drink wasn’t in a highball glass but in a rocks glass…not a major issue but there was no ice! Third and final warning…the drink gave my husband food poisoning.
I generally find Chili’s as a middle of the road chain restaurants where you can find a consistent decent meal (my dad loves Chili’s) but this experience left a bad taste (literally) in our mouths.
