Waited in drive thru for approximately 30 minutes. When we got to the window, we were handed a drink that was leaking all over the place. We were given a few napkins, and it seemed the guy at the window couldn’t get away from us fast enough. At the rate it was leaking there were not enough napkin

I ordered a venti shaken expresso beverage with no ice and got cheated out of some beverage because it was a grande when they poured it in the venti cup. It's strange you order drinks no ice and it's filled to the rim. I just don't understand why this happened

Can’t say enough GOOD things about this Starbucks location and the people that work there! They are all so kind, helpful, and just overall amazing! I’ve honestly not had a better Starbucks experience at any other location. Thanks for just being awesome!

Great staff always nice and joyful however, they will completely mess up your order every other time, especially at the drive-thru. They will just hand you the most random thing.

They failed to tell us that they were out of something for our drink and did not like when we came back in to tell them that it did not taste right. I told them they did not tell us when we ordered it and the girl wanted to argue with me. I'm very disappointed because I am a regular customer there.

Wow.... that is an old pic. Karate shop hasn't been next to the Starbucks in forever! The shop going in is supposed to be a dispensary, if you know what I mean. Should be interesting to see bakery sales when it opens... But I love this shop. The people there are great and very nice.

College town location; drive thru line ridiculous. I dont understand why Starbucks does not take their ridiculous drive thru line into account when opening new locations.
