Waited in drive thru for approximately 30 minutes. When we got to the window, we were handed a drink that was leaking all over the place. We were given a few napkins, and it seemed the guy at the window couldn’t get away from us fast enough. At the rate it was leaking there were not enough napkins, and the drink had leaked all over my husband and I. Finally, we figured out that there was a huge crack down the side of the cup, so went inside to address the situation. We noticed the large amount of drink that had leaked all over the side of the car when getting out, as well. My husband walked in and the guy wasn’t surprised…..said they had gotten a bad batch of cups in and proceeded to place the whole cup into another cracked cup. He was not helpful, nor very friendly and seemed put out by having to help. I understand that things happen, but if you know cups are compromised, why put drinks in them in the first place?? And when the employee noticed it was leaking at a rapid rate, why were we still handed the drink? I shouldn’t have to worry about this kind of thing or mediocre service when I pay for a drink that costs nearly $7.00.

I ordered a venti shaken expresso beverage with no ice and got cheated out of some beverage because it was a grande when they poured it in the venti cup. It's strange you order drinks no ice and it's filled to the rim. I just don't understand why this happened

Can’t say enough GOOD things about this Starbucks location and the people that work there! They are all so kind, helpful, and just overall amazing! I’ve honestly not had a better Starbucks experience at any other location. Thanks for just being awesome!

Great staff always nice and joyful however, they will completely mess up your order every other time, especially at the drive-thru. They will just hand you the most random thing.

They failed to tell us that they were out of something for our drink and did not like when we came back in to tell them that it did not taste right. I told them they did not tell us when we ordered it and the girl wanted to argue with me. I'm very disappointed because I am a regular customer there.

Wow.... that is an old pic. Karate shop hasn't been next to the Starbucks in forever! The shop going in is supposed to be a dispensary, if you know what I mean. Should be interesting to see bakery sales when it opens... But I love this shop. The people there are great and very nice.

College town location; drive thru line ridiculous. I dont understand why Starbucks does not take their ridiculous drive thru line into account when opening new locations. This one was pretty efficient. Dropped off passenger to just go in to get drinks. Parking was rough. They were out of my drink-which has become the usual at locations near my home as well. Staff seemed very organized and cranked out orders quickly. When we walked in there were about 15 drinks on the pick up spot and they were checking the ones that seemed to be there too long. Clean bathroom and dining area. Was a little confusing where line was but that was because people were waiting for their drinks in odd spots. She liked her peppermint drink so all was well. Overall this location had great staff and efficiency. Parking and drive thru line up just sucks royally
