4.5... and its due to the adage that: there is always room for improvement. That being said, the experience was worth the money spent.
Counter people: very personable and accurate. The atmosphere: clean; spacious, and plenty of room.
Soda machine needs adjusting as to the flavor mix levels. The sandwiches ordered and delivered in an efficient manner with no delays- excellent work sandwich people.
Fabulous packaging: reconstituted, recycled materials... the store acts as a portal for the very ecumenical design of helping other nonprofits through associated purchases of display items- good for you guys!
Going to return soon, I suspect.
I love firehouse subs. The staff is always welcoming. The food is fresh, and that celebration cookie is delicious 😂. Definitely worth the money.
Obviously short staffed but didn’t allow that to get in the way of quality service. Very friendly, polite, and efficient despite difficult working conditions. Way to go. I’m impressed
The staff, including the franchisee, yes I said the franchisee we're awesome right along with the quality of the sandwich. I believe I had the medium firehouse sub (a very stressful day) with 3 pickles.
The franchisee and another female employee (assuming mgr) we're in the lobby and was open to listen to my personal story (my wife was in ICU), this made me feel real good. Someone to talk to. Very attentive and offered condolences.
The rating was spot on, with the service I received.

I came here twice on my weekend stay in Columbia! Best sandwiches in the city, the chicken bacon ranch was incredible, melt in your mouth GOOD! Did not taste like typical “chain” sandwiches. The man with the glasses making the subs was extremely friendly! Thank you!
