Placed my Order before 12 and it was confirmed for pick up so I drove to the store and waited in the drive thru. I found out at the window that my Order was canceled because “he didn’t see it” and won’t make orders past 12am, while apps/google say the store closes at 1am. They wouldn’t answer the ph
Worst customer service experience ever
I went to the taco bell on Providence road in Columbia with my kids and husband for lunch on my husband's lunch break from the VA. We had been here before and had a similar experience but it had been a while and figured it may be better. We ordered on the kiosk
This location is relatively clean, and the service was fast. They offer self-service kiosks here, and using them makes for a great experience! Some of the seats were damaged and repaired with tape. It's not exactly a bad thing, as that's a fairly common practice, but just something of note.
Hold up the line if you have to but check your bags thoroughly, the will try to scam you out of your food. They knowingly will leave out items. Not just forget to put them they wont even make them hoping you don’t notice.
Super nice and friendly staff. They were out of a few things I ordered and they made sure I got something in place of them! 😀 GOD BLESS
Longest line I’ve ever waited at. Rude staff. Baja blast was filled to the brim with ice and they were out of hot sauce. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
I don't often order fast food, but their late night staff was friendly and gave a great experience. Very impressed
