Placed my Order before 12 and it was confirmed for pick up so I drove to the store and waited in the drive thru. I found out at the window that my Order was canceled because “he didn’t see it” and won’t make orders past 12am, while apps/google say the store closes at 1am. They wouldn’t answer the phone to verify. I understand closing procedures; however, I was at the store close to 40 minutes before they closed, not 2. I was so confused and Instead of a genuine explanation I was told to “take it up with the boss man.”

Worst customer service experience ever
I went to the taco bell on Providence road in Columbia with my kids and husband for lunch on my husband's lunch break from the VA. We had been here before and had a similar experience but it had been a while and figured it may be better. We ordered on the kiosk, spent about $50 dollars for the 5 of us. Inside was super dead but the drive through was fairly busy so when they forgot several of our items it was no biggie. I had worked in customer service and restaurants for 15 years before my current position so I get it. Things get missed. I went up to the counter, waited 15 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me and a young lady asked what I needed. I told her 5 drinks, 2 slushies, an iced coffee and 2 fountain drinks as well as 2 orders of cheesy fiesta potatoes. She gave me the 2 slushies and the iced coffee and walked away. I assumed she was getting the rest. I waited another 15 minutes while several employees talked among themselves then finally got a gentlemans attention....told him what we were missing and he responded I don't know what you're saying. I just had a major oral surgery and my speech is impaired right now so I don't know if he was making fun of the way I talk or just being sarcastic. I repeated it and he said no I heard you I don't know what you're talking about. I told him we were missing those items from our order. He continued being rude, yelling and berating me, Finally the girl from before handed us our other cups and the potatoes. I asked for his name he sarcastically spelled out Christopher...still yelling. He said he was in management and I could call whoever I wanted that they were short staffed and nothing would be done about it anyway. I told him his customer service could use some work Then a young blonde girl with glasses told me they were busy and didn't have time to make the order. I asked for a refund and they refused. We ate our food and left as my kids were super hungry by this point and my husband had to get back to work but it was overall a terrible experience and I would never go back.

This location is relatively clean, and the service was fast. They offer self-service kiosks here, and using them makes for a great experience! Some of the seats were damaged and repaired with tape. It's not exactly a bad thing, as that's a fairly common practice, but just something of note.

Hold up the line if you have to but check your bags thoroughly, the will try to scam you out of your food. They knowingly will leave out items. Not just forget to put them they wont even make them hoping you don’t notice.

Longest line I’ve ever waited at. Rude staff. Baja blast was filled to the brim with ice and they were out of hot sauce. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
