So there’s nobody in here but me and the servers. Only a couple of reasons to justify this. Great restaurants attract endless diners. I was disappointed but not surprised. Where do I begin?
Big lighted menu that says one thing and then the real truth and price in tiny letters hidden far below. Three items for $10.60 ended up to $5 more. Next: my plate was loaded with onions in lieu of shrimp and beef. Next: rice was below average with tiny hard grains and zero flavor. Next: No utensils just one wobbly plastic fork included in the purchase. They just moved in this location replacing a “so-so” restaurant. Panda will follow suit soon enough. Columbia has far too many mediocre dining facilities for this one to stay in business.

I love Panda Express but I went in on my lunch break yesterday, went thru the line and ordered my food, just to go to pay and be told that they don’t except cash. Only card, which I didn’t have on me at that time. Was very disappointed because I was looking forward to it :( It’s not going to stop me from eating there again, it’s very good food but just thought I’d let people know they don’t accept cash :)

Worst assistance I’ve ever had they didn’t help me with anything that I wanted in fact they actually did the opposite of what I wanted done the server in fact had a attitude and made everything that what it was the food was absolutely horrendous if this happens again I will gladly inform the community with me report this is outrages and can not ever happen again !!!!!!!

Great and consistent American Chinese food, I come here once a week and the staff are always nice and welcoming. However, the food portion can be hit or miss depending on the employee that's serving you.

Nice snack!! Always hot tangy and fresh. Offer brown rice and tofu too. Very friendly staff.

August 26th 2021, lady behind the counter couldn’t have cared less that I was there. I was very nice and she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Someone before me came up and spoke Spanish with her, she seemed very friendly and happy, the moment I came up and said my order she only half acknowledged me and made me feel as if I shouldn’t be there, terrible service. Terrible person.
