Always great service and food. 5 stars for the margaritas!!! Perfect lunch spot with a friend.

Food was pleantiful and hot. Good taste. Service was sub par. Never once came back to check on us. Cant get a refill to save your life. Waitress was the Only one in dining area but it was only Me my wife and one other couple. This server has zero customer service skills.

As a native Texan my entire life, I somewhat balked at the idea of Mexican food when visiting Ohio. I stand corrected. El Paso Mexican Grill is not only delicious, but also fairly authentic in its flavors. I’d put it up against any Mexican eatery back home.

There food is an amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing. I believe the manager that we was talking to is very nice and talks to the customers. It’s nice having someone come up and see how everything was.

We went there for our first time tonight.. our waitress Elizabeth was more worried about waiting on her family.. my husbands enchalidas were burnt.. I never received my meal.. very un happy.. will not suggest it to anyone and will not be back

I think the place is a fun place to go. Our waitress Lynn always makes us feel like she's happy to see us and glad that we came. Her kindness, attentiveness, and happy attitude is one of the BIG reasons we keep going back.

Food was very good , but the waitress was the worst I have ever had. Served our food and never came back until we got the bill , she sat and watched tv the whole time we ate.

service VG, chicken tort. soup homemade VG, Love or liked everything so far. way better then mexican rest. across from walmart in Salem. Go for the Texas margarita instead of lima Margarita. I go to Texas alot, so hard to find really good mexican here in Ohio. Salsa OK, Sorry still mis Chi chi food

I have looked for good Mexican food here, this was amazing. I could not have asked for better. I am glad I ordered enough food for 2 more meals

This is one of the most authentic tasting restaurants I’ve ever been to. The menu is easy to read and the prices are all visible and reasonable. The chips and salsa are delicious and adding queso on the side makes them even better. I would definitely visit again and plan to soon!

Great food.... TERRIBLE waitress. She literally threw 2 menus in our tables... never said hi or anything... she slammed our chips and salsa on table... took our order brought our food out and never saw her again.... with servers like her you may lose business! I wish I remembered her name....

Probably the worst experience in any restaurant thus far. After ordering three dinners, one came complete with a moving bug in it. When we asked to have it replaced, the waitress returned and said that the cook said it was seasoning and proceeded to place the same buggy plate in front of us. According to the cook in order to replace the bug dinner we would have to pay for another dinner but only 1/2 of the bug plate. ARE YOU KIDDING? We told her to forget it and shared one of our dinners. I realize that once in a while things happen, but it's the way we were treated - like we were trying to get something for nothing - we were willing to pay for the dinner - just wanted it replaced. Also the waitress stood at our table and sneezed, proceeded to the back to place our order - sneezed some more and then brought us chips and salsa - not sure she had time to wash her hands. When we were leaving the cook was standing at the end of the hallway giving us mean stares. What happened to customer service? Needless to say, they lost valuable customers that frequented the place almost every week. Adios El Paso!!
