Review The Sandwich Factory - Columbiana

Heard mixed reviews, so checked it out myself, and glad I did! The bread was fresh and soft, with flavorful and fresh ingredients. The wings were crispy without being crunchy and the wing sauce was great; not pictured, the surprise garlic toast that comes with them. The kids also devoured their mini-meatball subs, with the oldest proclaiming it was “one of a kind”. The interior of the restaurant itself is pretty old and service seemed fairly uncoordinated, but everything I saw food wise looked delicious.

We love the food at the Sandwich Factory...the only thing that bothers me is. On the website the prices are not correct, which is really not a big problem. What is a problem is when I called, not to complain, I was calling (because I ordered for more than 1 person, everyone gave me their money) to check the price (not to complain) I ask the lady that answered for the price and she gave me the correct price and I said on the website it was different. She was so rude, she said "That's an old menu someone put on there if you want the right price come in and get a menu, then she hung up on me. I just wanted her to know how rude she is and I didn't appreciate being hung up on. I was polite to her and was just checking the price so I could collect the right money from the person that ordered, sorry I inconvenienced you

Great food and a good little atmosphere. Live music at nights on the weekend. We love the hot pepper cheese balls and reuben sandwich, the entire menu is great. Family owned and operated.

I've seen this place for years and have always wanted to stop. So finally we did and all I can say is they have thee best bread I've ever tasted! When you bite into the sandwich the bread was so moist and fluffy it was perfection! The sandwich its self was like a 6 for me but the bread is a 10 all day!!!!

Have always loved this place! I went on 2-8-22 and was the only customer inside. I saw an employee handling subs with no gloves on. Other than that everything else was good.

I LIVE IN PA, I WILL DRIVE BACK FOR THE FRIES, THE CHICKEN SALAD AND ITALIAN SANDWICHES WERE GOOD. I AM GOING BACK HOPEFULLY IN A COUPLE WEEKS

If i could give a no star i would. I will never, ever get a sandwich at the sandwich factory in columbiana. Do not waste your money...goto the sandwich factory in Poland. Columbiana could take some lessons from them and staff and owners are a whole lot nicer!!!!

We purchased 3 subs on the way out of town. Usually the service is quite good but the older lady must have been having an off day. As I came up to the counter she didn't acknowledge me even though she looked right at me. A simple "be right with you" would have been nice. I got the impression she wasn't happy I was wearing a mask as I ordered because she rudely said "I can't hear you". So I pulled it down to finish the order. I ordered one sub with no dressing and one with extra vinegar. Thankfully we ate outside before getting on the road as the was no vinegar at all on anything. I took it back inside were the younger guy was back from break. He was so nice and apologized, put on the vinegar, and gave me napkins that didn't go into the bag the first time around. He was the only redeeming quality of this visit. Very unusual as this location rarely messes up.

The food was pretty good however I witnessed the owner or manager reprimand an employee in front of customers in a way that should have been done behind closed doors. I was sorry to see an employer treat their employee in such a manner, it made me very uncomfortable as the one standing right next to them. I hope the business continues to do well but I probably will not be going back anytime soon.

I love sandwich factory. I now live in Tennessee and always go there at least once when I'm home. 2 weeks and I'll be getting me some!
