Ice cream cake was great that we had ordered. Staff seemed to be confused about who was to do what and when to do it. But, our order was correct, so I can't complain. Just an observation of how the employees were acting.
Best DQ around. We drive all the way from Salem to avoid that disaster of a Dairy Queen in our own town. It’s nice coming here and getting treated with respect and not yelled at by the manager at the one in Salem. We’ll now be coming here for now on 10/10 absolutely fantastic great job!
They were very helpful! My daughter has problems trying to figure out what she wants and they were very helpful. She also can't eat anything with chocolate in it gives her head aches. Let me tell you those kids that work there are very sweet and caring .I would tell everyone to go to Columbiana's Da
I ordered a Batman birthday cake. Both employees I spoke to ensured me the cake would have Batman. The cake was just blue with balloons. I called and spoke to the manager, who stated that there was no information about the Batman request for our order and suggested I bring the cake back for a refund
Very clean DQ! Had a Drumstick Blizzard with chocolate ice cream, absolutely delicious! They had a really nice "water feature " outside too.
The young girl at the drive thru was super happy and cheerful. For as busy as they were, we were through the drive thru area in a very quick time, especiallyfor a Friday evening. It's crazy how what a difference a smile can make!
Always have good ice cream it's service and when you asked to add extra chocolate they will with a small fee
Definitely not your normal fast food place. Anytime I go here, foods hot, ice cream's cold and people are very friendly. Service is fast.
