Review Dairy Queen - Columbiana

Ice cream cake was great that we had ordered. Staff seemed to be confused about who was to do what and when to do it. But, our order was correct, so I can't complain. Just an observation of how the employees were acting.

Best DQ around. We drive all the way from Salem to avoid that disaster of a Dairy Queen in our own town. It’s nice coming here and getting treated with respect and not yelled at by the manager at the one in Salem. We’ll now be coming here for now on 10/10 absolutely fantastic great job!

They were very helpful! My daughter has problems trying to figure out what she wants and they were very helpful. She also can't eat anything with chocolate in it gives her head aches. Let me tell you those kids that work there are very sweet and caring .I would tell everyone to go to Columbiana's Dairy Queen .

I ordered a Batman birthday cake. Both employees I spoke to ensured me the cake would have Batman. The cake was just blue with balloons. I called and spoke to the manager, who stated that there was no information about the Batman request for our order and suggested I bring the cake back for a refund (party was in less than an hour at this point) which would leave my 4 year old’s birthday without a cake.

Very clean DQ! Had a Drumstick Blizzard with chocolate ice cream, absolutely delicious! They had a really nice "water feature " outside too.

The young girl at the drive thru was super happy and cheerful. For as busy as they were, we were through the drive thru area in a very quick time, especiallyfor a Friday evening. It's crazy how what a difference a smile can make!

Always have good ice cream it's service and when you asked to add extra chocolate they will with a small fee

Definitely not your normal fast food place. Anytime I go here, foods hot, ice cream's cold and people are very friendly. Service is fast.

ordered a twix blizzard and the top had twix pieces and the bottom 2/3 was plain vanilla ice cream

Ordered a oreo blizzard chocolate ice cream it was half way melted could of used a straw instead of spoon and like no oreo pieces in it.

I love our DQ. They are always pleasant and efficient, go out of their way to help me carry stuff to the car if needed really going to miss them when they go out to the corner

Unbelievable customer service. The employees were very professional and friendly! Hope the owners stick around and make Columbiana a new home.

Took my daughter to see the Easter Bunny today. What an awesome well organized event. Thank you for all the wonderful events and for just being a part of our town. You rock DQ.

Great place

Ordered 3 Burger meals and a small Fri at 556pm and its now 623pm and I'm still waiting on our food
