Maybe they were short staffed or the franchise owners don’t care anymore. Either way not a good experience.

I do not think we will ever be going back to that or maybe any other Pizza Hut after the pizza we got there yesterday. It was embarrassing to me to serve that pizza to my guests. We ordered original crust - 4 pizzas- and they were thin crust, dry and like cardboard.
I got my pizza at the pickup window. The young man working the window was extremely courteous. My pizza was hot and delicious hats off to the pizza makers also
