Review Pizza Hut - Columbiana

We were seated quickly and got our food after not too long, but after that our server forgot about us. He didn't come back to check on us, offer us refills on our water, or bring the bill - we had to go up to the counter to request it. There was only 1-2 other tables of people there besides us, so they weren't all that busy either. Food was good though.

Not a good place to dine in at night. Expect to have slow service and subpar pizza. Maybe they were short staffed or the franchise owners don’t care anymore. Either way not a good experience.

Our server was friendly and we got a thin crust. It was delicious. We will be back.

Very nice drive up pickup window. Everything was ready on time.

I do not think we will ever be going back to that or maybe any other Pizza Hut after the pizza we got there yesterday. It was embarrassing to me to serve that pizza to my guests. We ordered original crust - 4 pizzas- and they were thin crust, dry and like cardboard.

I got my pizza at the pickup window. The young man working the window was extremely courteous. My pizza was hot and delicious hats off to the pizza makers also

Last 2 times I ordered pizza it was not cooked all the way and was really doughy had to throw it away

I love this pizza hut! The Delivery drivers are so sweet! I’ve accidentally not heard them knock many times, and they’ve called me to let me know they’ve arrived very patiently. (Even though I’m definitely at fault and that’s probably super annoying) Their pasta is great. When I order carry out the workers at the window are very kind. Plus no one out pizzas the hut.

disappointed, again. condescending service; employees don't listen to what the customer wants. shoddy packaging job: i asked for my breadsticks in a box, and they were in bags when i picked them up. i asked them to be transferred to a pizza box, and they shoved all 10 of them into a 5-breadstick box, stacked on top of each other, smashing my order. and they seemed very confused about breadsticks being in a box in the first place. as a paying customer, i would appreciate my order to be correct. i wouldn't complain if this was the first time, but it's *every* time. you will not be getting any more of my money. fix your stinginess, and hire employees who are more considerate, and less cruel.

Great pizza. Deliver service is great. Just got my order in under a half an hour. The driver was very friendly. And my order was perfect

Waited 15 minutes to get seated then Waited over 30 minutes and was never waited on. People coming in after us were waited on but not us! Got up told the man at register about it and he said nothing just looked stupefied. We just walked out never to return.

Horrible service. Never again will I go back to this pizza hut.

Love the Buffet and a Good Price for all you can eat. Great Food

Always have a good time. I go about every Wednesday. They have gotten to know me and I them. To me this is my CHEERS.

It would be nice to get home and find what I ordered in the box. Epic fail!
