We specifically went there to try out the fries. They were hot and fresh and we really liked the taste. The customer service was also great and the staff was very friendly. It was a stop for us on our long road trip and we will definitely stop again if we are to visit this area again.
I went inside for a take out meal, the manager took my order and explained that my fries were just being put down in the fryer and it would be a few minutes which is fine with me, fresher the better. A couple minutes go by and she comes back to inform me that there was an error in the communication
Most of the time when I stop here they can’t seem to get the order right. Even if it’s 2 items somehow I still manage to get the wrong order. I’ve also noticed that when you order a large fry which this happened today they give you the large holder but a small to medium order of fries
These guys did a great job. Everything was delicious. They could do a little better with orders on the app but overall a great experience!
Had the boneless chicken wings and crinkle fries (hot honey). Chicken was tasty, fries were hot! Staff was fast and friendly.
Excellent service. Fast, friendly and accurate. Always like Arby's sandwiches. Just wish there was more tartar sauce on the fish sandwich.
This is a nice Arbys but their tables are seldom cleaned off. Every time we visit we have to clean our own table.
