Review 7 & 14 Plaza Restaurant - Columbiana

I really like our waitress she is awesome she's an older heavy-set woman with beautifully long nails the place is a little old and worn down but the food is always wonderful always fresh and she always has wonderful conversation for us my boyfriend and I consider this place one of our favorites! Seriously it's a hidden gym if you are in the area especially if you travel a lot this is a great place to stop don't let the outside fool you! The food is great!

I ha e been going here for a decade and a half whenever the fancy strikes. The food has always been enjoyable if not 5 star affair, and the coffee is good and replenished well. I've never had a gripe about the service or the quality for what is expected.

Food was good, but my order got messed up.

Reasonable prices, great services. I had the sirloin chopped burger with mash potatoes and a side salad (which should have had tomatoes in it)but all in all it was good. My husband had the sausage gravy and biscuit and breakfast potatoes. He wasn't very satisfied, the gravy itself was extremely bland when it's suppose to be like a spicy black pepper taste and that just wasn't there.

Was closed. Winter hours posted on door say it closes at 7:00pm. Open sign was still lit at 7:30. Management should update the posted business hours on Google maps.

Tonight my husband and I went to eat here for my birthday. He ordered a steak salad no where on the menu did it mention that it came with beets. He is allergic to them. We called the waitress over to explain to her what was wrong. She was very rude to us. She told us that she would have to use the same meat but give him new lettuce. What the hell!? What if his allergy was so bad that his throat closed off!? Use common sense. If someone comes in contact with a food allergy you need to replace everything on the plate. The lettuce was starting to turn brown and when we ordered our meat "well done" it was still bloody. I will NEVER eat here ever again.

First and last time. Family of 4 not one of us was pleased with the sandwiches we chose or the chicken nuggets. Thank the cook for okay French fries but if they messed that up I would have walked out. So sad that not only the food was crazy but the customers in the restaurant had no clue of the term "family restaurant!" If you enjoy taking risks this is the place for you!

I had liver with onions and a baked potato. Meal was made perfectly and the server was very pleasant and attentive. Will be having breakfast there in the morning.
