Review Taco Bell - Columbiana

Literally stood at the counter for 30 minutes. 3 employees and the manager all saw me and yet no one said a word to me. I was not greeted and no one offered to take my order. I walked out and went next door to Arby's!! Worst experience ever!! I would not suggest this place nor will I ever return!! Shame on you all!! ☹️😡

This Taco Bell is decent. But some advice for the managers. If employees are the ones who forgot to put food in your bag. first teach them to apologize that you have to come back and second maybe offer some thing for free for the person that had to come back. that’s just good customer service. No one wants to go home and then realize that the food that they ordered and paid for is not in their bag and then have to leave again and drive back wasting time and gas to get some thing that should have been in the bag already. Yes that just happened to me.

It's a decent taco bell they wasn't busy at all when we were there

Very clean all the employees were happy and had fun joking around with them.

Had to call store to pick up my order, my vehicle doesn't fit through the drive thru. Lady on phone was extremely helpful, however. The younger woman working the drive thru window was more interested in checking her phone rather than helping me. She looked at me twice within the ten minutes I was standing across from the window and wouldn't acknowledge my presence. Thank the lord for the nice lady on the phone when I called back to get my order.

No way to get into the dining room so when they forget half your stuff you have to stand in drive thru line with cars and wait until all the cars are gone. Complete nonsense especially when I ordered long before all the cars I had to wait on to move. This location is drive thru only

Ever hear the expression someone could F$&@ up a wet dream? I believe that phrase was made for this Taco Bell. Never once, and I mean not once, has all my food been there/order correct. Items missing, even though charged for. Unacceptable.

There's nobody here to take my order. I even tapped on the window.
