Sunday stopped at 2:00 pm for 2 cream sticks a 2 iced donuts 6 dollars and change. These were so stale must have been there for more than a couple days. Won’t stop again ever! Done!

During the day service is great going at night before work they're grumpy Don't make the coffee as good as they do during the day and last night no price popped up on the machine outside at the drive-thru so I said it says pay what this says and they made up a number instead

They were really busy and the person who took the order took it while doing other things, misheard my wife's coffee order and made the wrong thing.

Had to change my review. Multiple times they tell me to pull around to wait for my food. And the person behind me is still waiting at the window when i get my food. It makes zero sense and is just really annoying. Especially when people are in front of me and it seems like they are never told to pull up to wait for their order. Be consistent at least

Why be open 24/7 if you’re always going to act like the customer is a burden every middle of the night. Never anybody else in line and always so slow and act like your breaking their back to order. Last time I had gone they managed to mess up my order not once, not twice, but three times! Honestly it takes some serious skill to mess up that much so props to you.👍

This location has been busier and busier as the area has grown and the way they perform as traffic has increased has dropped off drastically. Unless you are getting a fancy coffee, it may be easier to go to the Sunoco next door.

This Dunkin WAS my go to place. The quality has gone from 10 to 2. I ordered a med hot caramel macchiato. What I got was a warmed up vanilla milkshake. Extremely disappointed and a total waste of money.

This place used to be the best one in the area. I can never ever depend on getting my order done correctly anymore. I don't like leaving negative reviews but for the last 6 months or so they have been terrible. Today we got same order, same ingredients. One is almost white cause it has enough cream in it for 2 coffees. The other is what it should be like. I'll probably start going to the north Lima or Boardman locations. The management needs to get it together there.
