Review Mcdonald's - Columbiana

This McDonald’s is always hit or miss. Went through the drive through to get some food for my family. After having to repeat every detail of my order 2 times, they still got it completely wrong! Told them we didn’t have the correct items, then they walked away, didn’t say anything. Came back 5 minutes later, and just gave us some more food. Also wasn’t what we ordered? Then we get home, and one of my burgers literally doesn’t have a patty on it???? Like seriously? I’m not even mad, it’s just embarrassing. Unfortunate that I’ll keep coming back anyways, as this is one of the few cheap spots for food in town. I get that it’s McDonald’s, but come on, no patty? For shame.

This was my first time at this location so idk if it was because a big group came in before me but I chose to have my meal brought to my table through the mobile app and it was not. No biggie but the food was not good at all. The burger fries and drink had no flavor. When I left the guy working the kitchen was outside and he looked like he hated life . Probably won't go back and if so maybe I'll try curbside.

Would give -0 if could. Went today 5/11/ 22 my order had no onions no cheese..was on the box no onions no cheese GUESS WHAT HAD BOTH BUT NO LETTUCE TOMATOES NOTHING!! DO NOT GO HERE WENT LAST WEEK AND MY ORDER WAS CHICKEN NUGGETS I GOT A HAMBURGER??? I WAITED BOTH VISITS FOREVER IN THE LINE!! WILL NOT GO BACK

Came through drive through ordered big breakfast with hot cakes, wanted ice coffee couldn't get she didn't know how to make. Biscuit was hard as a rock, no hashbrown, slimy eggs, no silverware. Was very unhappy with food

You gotta try very hard to be the worst McDonald's and this location has done it. Was told to hold at drive thru speaker and waited for about 6 mins. After i gave up I drove around and there wasn't one single car at the window and the employees were just sitting around. I know McDonald's can only hire the worst of the worst of any type of work force but this location must of tried extra hard to hire employees that have low IQ or convict labor but i believe this location succeeded in finding people even below that. How is this place still open?

Its always something with them, either drink is gross, or nuggets are gross, or fries are gross. You never get a order from there and everything be good. Its always disgusting. Columbiana Alabama has to have the worst McDonald's ever!!!!

This location has had its issues in the past, but today was extremely better than the last time. Everything was fresh and good.

So sick and tired of going to Columbiana to McDonald's and getting soggy, old, cold, nasty food. Every single time... there's always something wrong with the order, whether is missing sauce, or the food is disgusting. The food is too expensive now to not be getting a decent meal. And I will say, I eat here multiple times during the week... its pathetic that nobody can even do their job at this location....
