I had some business in the Columbus area and decided to stop at Mitchell's Steakhouse didn't know much about it but this place is top-of-the-line everything no shortcuts, so if your looking for a Steak dinners to remember stop here for dinner you will not be disappointed. If you worried about the cost this isn't the place for you.
Excellent service - this was only my second visit, but our server Jaclyn not only remembered us from the last time, but precisely remembered my food allergies. She's excellent, and we'll be back!
We gathered with friends for dinner and we enjoyed an exceptional dining experience. The service and food was far beyond expectations. We enjoyed a wonderful evening. Thank you. Soon to return.

Dinner was absolutely Phenomenal! Sides were unique and delicious and the steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned!
I would give it a 5 stars if the service is faster. I'm not sure if they are understaff or not, but they service was really slow. Our waitress was really nice but only visited our table a few times. The crab cake is really good, it doesn't smell fishy and the portion is generous. I also tried their lobster tail and the quality is good and cooked perfectly.
Mitchell’s was absolutely such a fun experience! The food was amazing but the service was even more so! Our waitress Rhiannon was incredibly sweet, attentive, & gave such great recommendations. She made our experience that much better! Will definitely be coming back!
The food at Mitchell’s Polaris is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service, most recently we had Rhiannon as our server, she was beyond amazing from
the beginning to the end of our visit she made us feel like we were her only guest! I highly recommend this place.
Mitchell’s Steakhouse serves delectable steaks and sides, and their cocktails and wine list are second to none. It was our first visit, and we will definitely be back! The service was amazing, and the atmosphere is lovely. (Of note: This is NOT a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. The couple behind us tried to use a gift card and were unable to.)
I came to Mitchell’s Steakhouse tonight with some friends and it was a great experience! I got the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. My server, Rhiannon, was fantastic! She took the time to converse with our group and was so nice and personable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
10/10 most definitely will be coming back! It was my wife and I’s first time dining in at the Polaris location and it is safe to say it will be our home base for a nice date night. Our server Rhiannon was delightful and gave wonderful recommendations, and the food was incredible! If you are needing a nice evening out with your partner, look no further! Mitchell’s will cover all of your desires.
My family and I came to the restaurant a couple weeks ago. We sat at the bar. The bartender was fabulous. The food was amazing 10 out of 10 must recommend. And the server was Ashley
My daughter and I came in on thanksgiving for a late lunch. Lillian was our server, and she was just amazing. So was super friendly and bubbly, always there when we needed her. Asked if we had questions. We hope to get her next time!
Stopped in for cocktails as well as French martini’s, the bartender Ashley was a doll! Professional, friendly, never without a smile and the drinks were on point and delicious! Outstanding customer service!

This bar is a must stop if you’re in Polaris! Wonderful happy hour & the sweetest lady bartenders. The calamari & the bbq bacon wrapped shrimp are delicious!

Had the best time at Mitchells Steakhouse yesterday evening! Happy hour at the bar was a blast. Shoutout to Ashley, the bartender who took care of us. The meatballs were delicious. And their version of an old fashioned was great. The manager Alex came to check on us and couldn’t say enough how great Ashley had been. We will be back in soon.
We had the BEST experience here for our 5 year Anniversary! Our waitress, Rhiannon, was so attentive and made sure we had the best experience possible to make our night so special! I definitely recommend coming here for any special occasion!
Food was well prepared, well presented, and delicious. Brandon, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable about the restaurant’s offerings, and very mindful of our time and desire to have a relaxing, unhurried dinner. 5 stars all around. Will return!
