Neat place. Didn't come to sit down. The dumplings were good but nothing insane. Service was great though. Prompt pickup and the order I placed online was exactly what I ordered. There were a lot of Asian people there so it must be fairly authentic. Seems like it could be a good spot for dim sum.

Not the best flavored Chinese foods. It seems that the restaurant has adopted its foods which have lost some of its authentic Chinese flavors. For example, the hot pepper it uses in the two dishes we ordered are jalapenos, instead of some more traditional hot peppers found in other Chinese restaurants around the country. The restaurant is clean, the staff members are friendly and accommodating. Due to the lack of serving staff, it does allow for dine-in for lunch on the Saturday we visited. However, after requesting using its space without the traditional service offered for a dine-in, the owner happily allowed so. Another family followed suit shortly after us.

Only in town one night and needed a quick dinner before a concert. Helen’s was amazing! Soup Dumplings, Hot and Spicy Dumplings, Mongolian Lamb and Shrimp Pad Thai were all delicious. Entrees were large enough to have for lunch the next day, and just as tasty! Good price, excellent food and very friendly “mom and pop” service.

Unassuming little restaurant behind the waffle house. If you're looking for fine dining Chinese food, this is definitely not it. Friendly and fast service. The food is decent. I was pleasantly surprised by the Fish in Chili Oil dish as it was really good! Dim sum though? Not too impressed. I guess if you're really craving dim sum, this would do in a pinch. Drinks are all bottled and you pick from their fridge at the front. Even water is a $1 dollar bottle of kirkland water. Overall, small town expectations. Gave it 4 stars for the fish in chili oil!

Love this place! Really good food! I usually get the Cashew chicken & an egg roll. All delicious. I always take to go, so can’t vouch for the restaurant per say, but what I have experienced has been always hot, delicious food & good Customer Service.

This food was amazing. We normally travel 4600 miles to London to visit our favorite restuaturant and couldn't find anything like it closer to home. This restaurant far surpassed our expectations and was able to fill the void and distance of needing to travel so far to get this amazing taste of food.

I did some research looking for an authentic Szechuan restaurant here in Columbus. I called ahead to confirm if they had the spicy fish bowl on the menu. Some restaurants call it braised fish soup. This dish is absolutely to die for. They also have it available with chicken or beef however I’ve never tried it because the fish is always excellent and plentiful. Update 3/17 went back and order the cauliflower it was also delicious

We always get the char siu bao when we order takeout. The dim sum is great and so are the pan fried noodles. I appreciate that they pack the noodles and sauce separately so it doesn't get soggy in transit.

I love the dumplings at this place. Specially the soup dumplings, ugh absolutely delicious! I also had the spicy pork ones and the shrimp & chive ones, which were pretty good. I felt sad that the place was empty when I visited for dine in, they were very friendly.

I would give more stars if possible. The food was delicious and affordable, served fresh. the owners were extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The Xiao Long Bao and Pork buns were some of the best I’ve had. My husband had the Mongolian lamb and absolutely loved it. The restaurant was spotless and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Dim sum was pretty good but anything spicy had no spice flavor. Chili oil had no spice as well. General tso was pretty bland. $2-3 for a can or bottle to drink is pretty expensive. Portions are decent though

The food here is phenomenal with large servings and the service was prompt with a side of humor. You won’t regret making a stop here!

Helen's Asian Kitchen has been completely remodeled, all the way down to the menu. The restaurant looks great (way less like an 80's strip club) with modern touches. The food is still good, but the new menu really lacks the variety the old menu offered. Gone are the days of fried rice and wonton soup (not only is it not on the menu, but they actually do NOT even make it as an off menu item). And there are no more beautiful pictures of the dishes they serve. More upscale dishes have been added, like the lamb and green onions and the curry beef, and they now bring a nice Korean style little appetizer (4 small dishes with egg, bean sprouts, pickled cabbage, and broccoli) which is a nice start to the meal. But unfortunately many of the unique traditional Chinese recipes that the family of owners brought, are also missing. I will continue to frequent Helen's, but I do miss the old menu.

Had my birthday dinner here, was so fun. Paid for food and we got the venue for free, food was delicious and alot, and they provided takeout packs for my friend for the leftovers( it was a buffet) also owners were nice and provided all our needs for the party. FYI: I did my deco myself and we brought our own music.
