I'm a sucker for old school bars with strong drinks and bar food. Great bar menu from nachos, fried food and pizza that will not disappoint. Dan was a great bartender, we appreciate the attention. Downtown columbus bar with a local feel, you can tell its well established.
The food was really good and honestly really affordable for what you get. It's a seat-yourself style restaurant, which is fine, but there were no signs indicating this. My friend and I had to ask someone if we should seat ourselves, and she said yes. The wait staff was really friendly and impressive

Visited Planks for a quick drink and we were right away impressed with the friendliness of the staff! The beer was cold, suggestions on point and pretzels DELICIOUS!!!! We enjoyed the simplicity of the atmosphere, the shared history of the place and the people. Planning to visit again!
Great spot to grab dinner, so many options to choose from. Pizza, burgers, brats. Parking can be a little tricky if they are busy. The service is great!
