York Steakhouse - Columbus - Photo album

We stopped in for dinner while visiting the area. It appears to be very crowded based on the parking lot and the line when we went in. However, we through very quickly, the place is larger than we expected so there was plenty of seating. The place is setup cafeteria style. You order your food and
I was up in columbus and I decided to go to york steakhouse because it was the last york steakhouse in the united states . It had to feel of a steakhouse from the seventies which I liked a lot of the customers seem like long time customers the restaurant was scooter friendly you had a waiter the pri

My neice who now lives in Columbus told me about this place. It sounded like a place I went to here in New Jersey, along time ago. I met her and boyfriend there when I was in Columbus. It was like going back into a time capsule! This is the last remaining York Steakhouse. Food and service was excell
This is the last York Steak House in America, and you need to check it out. The steal was absolutely amazing. we ordered the Filet, and it was cooked to perfection, pink in the middle, tender, and juicy. We picked out the cheese cake from the dessert bar and it was really good! The rolls came hot an
York Steak House is very Nostalgic with cafeteria style dining! The salad bar has many delicious items to choose from. Across from the now demolished mall. The sirloin tips and rolls are very good! A lot of great memories here!
Very delicious food and great service . Definitely will return
Man, let me take you on a trip down memory lane to York Steak House ā€“ a place that deserves not just 5, but a solid 10 stars in my book. I've been frequenting this spot since my childhood, and it's like a time capsule of joy and flavor. The moment you step inside, it's like being transported to a d
Drove 1.5 hours to eat here grew up on York Steakhouse all have closed near me. The chopped steak was just as I remembered so good . Will be back again!!!!
This was pure nostalgia for me. I grew up as a kid going to the mall with my mom and we always ended up eating at the York Steak House. Inexpensive but good food: The steak, baked potato, fries, desserts, and fresh rolls. The last remaining one is in Columbus, OH so this experience took me back a fe
Hadnā€™t been here since I was a teenager in the 80ā€™s. Still the same good food šŸ˜‹
Felt nostalgic, so I ate at York for lunch while in Columbus. It was everything I remembered. We had one in our local mall when I young. Love the decor. It's so 70's, but cool. Love that it is still cafeteria style! Prices are very reasonable. And thank goodness for a steak house that sells portions
The last time I was in this restaurant was 1972, and this place hasnā€™t changed a bit; except I donā€™t have to hide my face while watching my grandfather going from table to table asking people for their leftover scapes for his dogā€¦ Today is 7/20/22, and the decor hasnā€™t changed at all in 50 years. Used to go here when I was a kid, it was a long time ago and they were everywhere. As a kid I loved the huge dinner rolls...still got them!! Food cooked the way I wanted, it was refreshing to open my baked potato and it be hot! They still have the deserts to tempt you as you walk along the cafeteria
I have so many fond childhood memories of this place and Iā€™m happy to continue to bring my family here. Itā€™s different than your usual restaurant. You walk in and order, take a tray and your silverware, they give you salad bar plates if they came with your meal; and you continue down the line to pic
Great experience and the price wow I couldnā€™t believe it thanks York for a great mean and service
Food was pretty good, staff was nice and friendly. The setup is a little confusing because the entrance and exit signs seemed reversed. Itā€™s setup like a cafeteria/buffet. You order your food first and pay before you are even seated. It is designed similar to Ponderosa. It has an old fashioned feel
