I had three meets, the one I like the most was the wings: they were tender and full of good flavor. Coming in slightly past that would be the brisket, also very tender and full of great flavor. After that I had the pulled pork which was also very good, but the pork I would put barbecue sauce on to top it. The wings in the brisket did not need any sauce.

Had the Downtown Sampler: I'm full! Brisket was fork tender & flavourful. Pulled pork was tasty. Chicken very good. Mashed potatoes with gravy. Baked beans were delicious. Nice beer selection. WiFi speedy. Restroom was clean. Only complaint: took 15+ minutes to take my order. The restaurant wasn't that busy. However doesn't take away from the entire experience. I would dine again.

My husband had eaten here before and really enjoyed it. Great exterior nostalgic feel. Nice urban/industrial style interior w plenty of outside table offerings. Dinner style horseshoe counter and bar. Lots of TV's for sports fans. There was a bit of an off-putting smell when we entered. Not sure if it was a combo of cleaning supplies w day old beer or what Want what you would expect from a BBQ restaurant. I wanted to be overwhelmed w BBQ smells. Can't say enough good things about our waiter, Drew! Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable. Just a good guy! Thanks! Food options were great! Tried the make your own bbq bowl. Had chedder grits, brisket, pickled veggies, coleslaw and cornbread croutons. I may be missing something. It was fun selecting the combinations. The other plate was a brisket sandwich w waffle fries. It was tasty. Didn't care for the vinegar bbq sauce. Penny's original was the winner at our table. Tops of dispenser bottles could have been cleaned. We would return and try new menu items👍

Good, but nothing will blow you away Thursday special - meat & 3 sides St Louis Ribs - tasty, very heavy on the rub Baked Beans - okay Hush Puppies - little disappointed, more like crunchy corn balls Waffle Fries - were excellent when hot Sweet Tea - good Banana Pudding - good+ Like I said at the start, nothing will blow you away, but nothing terrible either. Service was fantastic, shoutout to Echo

The food was great. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is they did not have ribs available. The Daddy-G sauce was so good that we bought a bottle. Service was excellent other than all other tables seated while we were there were offered a restaurant week special and we were not. The vibe was great. I imagine there are long waits when weather is nice. It really is a fun place.

Got special deal on Thursday night, meat with 3 sides for $20, was good! I like all of the sauces. We'd get ribs but it sold out so we got pulled pork instead. I tried to loose weight and don't eat a lot but turn out I couldn't stop eating haha. The food was great, service was nice and the place was so cool. Hope next time we come back there will be more ribs!

My family visited around 10:00 on a Saturday night. We were amazed by how quickly we got our food. Our server, Kevin, was helpful in recommending dishes. The ribs and greens were great!

Amazing food.. their burgers are phenomenal. If you are in Columbus and you haven't yet tried their burgers then drop what you are doing and head here.. The house fries are way too good to miss out.. crispy yet not too skinny. The spicy signature sauce is fingerlicking yum. The servers are nice and helpful. Great music, lovely patio. A must visit place.

We had a group of six adults. The brisket, St. Louis ribs, wings and sides were all mouthwatering! Their smoked meats were the best I've ever eaten. And I've tried bbq all over the country. We will definitely go back. 👍🏼

Trying some local smoke. The burnt ends were a bit dry(better as leftovers reheated imo). Pretzel sticks were good, but alot for one. They joined the burnt ends on a day two. The wings were dead on fantastic. Smaller fowl then Roosters, but the dry rub and smoke was a winner. The sauces were good, but Hot Grandpa won easily. The atmosphere is great, and I can see spending a hot summer day in the shade watching time pass. Staff was friendly and conversed when not running plates. Parking is convenient with the parking app. The weekend brunch menu has tempted me to visit again soon.

Super cool place to grab a bite, and I am a big fan of their BBQ. One of the better locations in Columbus, and talking to their pit master, Brad, they know what they are doing. I was a little disappointed with the pulled pork, but it could have just been an off day for the item as the pork ribs were great and the Brisket as well (which is no easy task). Lots of great sides to choose from, and the portion size for there Meat and 3 appetizers is quite hearty! All the staff were super friendly, outgoing, and helpful as well. So, (1)Good quality, (2)at the Right Price, (3) and Timely Delivery/ Service were all met, which drives these ratings. Location is a great spot and the aesthetic is pretty dope - been there twice and will keep coming back!

Great service and quality food. Patio was lovely and had tons of drinking games to enjoy outside. We loved our server Milan who also told us its a family owned establishment. The smoked chicken wings were the highlight for me and were great even without sauce. They have 4 bbq sauces to try each with a completely different taste (hot grampa was my favorite) Food came out super fast even during near full occupancy! It lost a star for me because of pricing. I think the brisket nachos were pretty light for $18. Truly this is a 4.5* in my book. Would come again!

I was expecting more on the cost benefit of the mixed Meat. Expensive and eat a few peaces of Meat. Tasty is good

Their nachos are out of this world! Cool, hip spot to go watch some sports and have some good drinks. Their servers are friendly and prompt! Metered parking near Pecan Penny’s. One of the best and delicious nachos I have tasted in Columbus. Nice size outdoor spacious patio. You may also dine inside. Fun and safe atmosphere. Decent prices
