It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on street parking. Always remember to use the revolving door!
The staff are very friendly at this location. I am new to working in the building and I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! Staff members are very quick and efficient. Great service and recommend this location all around!
I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations, but I have NEVER had as good of service as I had here! Honestly, I probably haven’t had service as good as this in any other business either. Wonderfully friendly and polite baristas. They were having some issues regarding accepting Starbucks cards while they were still in the process of fully opening, but you could still get your stars by contacting Starbucks. Now that they are established they accept gold cards and other gift cards.

Every time I come here this store makes me feel important. The employees are super sweet. Will give a little conversation to hold you while you wait. Beautiful smiles with the service. I'm happy to be a customer here!
This is my preferred Starbucks..I go at least three times a week. The staff is awesome! I wish that the Rewards app was used at full capacity here. I can use it for purchases, but I'm not able to leave a tip from the app.
Very friendly staff, they always have a smile on their faces no matter how busy they get. Kwasi always puts a smile on my face. He is the best. I'll be upset if he ever leaves.

It's a Starbucks. Nothing terribly special except that its in the coolest building in Columbus. You have to go into the LeVeque lobby to get into Starbucks.
