Have to mention a few things, here:. First, the lemonade here is outstanding. Now, I kow that's a weird thing to lead with, but I tried it yesterday, and it is house made, with a "secret" ingredient that really lifts it to a new level of refreshment. Next is the availability of herbs and spices to purchase - at a reasonable price. I bought some cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and juwarti: total was $4.50! Lastly, I had a really nice conversation the owner yesterday, for like 15 minutes, while he was doing the receipts, so I would discount the nomad508's review a bit...not that he didn't have that experience, but I had a conflicting one, that's all.

Decent food, mean owner. The food is average for Indian food. I'll eat up but it doesnt blow me away. what does blow me away is how rude the owner is. this guy needs some people skills if he is going to be on the front lines with the customers. wow. makes me want to take my business elsewhere in north market

Fantastic experience! Quick and easy takeout, delicious food and friendly staff! Plenty of vegetarian options compliment your everyday Indian favorites! The entire experience was safe, fun, quick and delicious! I had the Chana Masala with peas and cabbage. Added a piece of garlic naan for grins. It hit the spot just right!

Was strongly debating whether to give this place a 4 or 5 star. The food is simply incredible!! We had the Vegan Aloo Matar, Vegan Chana Masala and Vegan Lentils. I find very often that Indian restaurants in the USA are worried to use too much spice as is done in India. This place used the perfect amount of heat. Which I love! When you consider this is essentially buffet food, the rating is even higher to have such high quality food. The one issue, I wish they would improve is the to go packaging. It was leaking over the whole bag and was quite the mess. I wish they would consider doing the wrapping in more sturdy containers. All in all, I would return for sure.

Food was good and service was friendly and fast. The samosa was very good and the lamb curry was amazing. The rest was just OK, but the prices are way too high for the portion sizes.

The food here was so good! I've been wanting to try Indian food but never got the chance so I was really excited to see they had one at the North Market. The lady who served me was so sweet, she treated me like family. I highly recommend! I'm a vegetarian and they had tons of options plus it's very good priced.

This was my first time here, and it was top notch! I have been coming to north market since I was a kid, and I would rate this gem as one of my new favorite spots. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but the guy who waited on me at the counter was friendly, very helpful in helping me pick out what I wanted to try. He nailed it, the curry chicken was delicious, the chickpeas were amazing, and the garlic naan bread took this meal to the next level. If you have never had Indian food, or are looking for a new spot to try, give Flavors of India a shot, 5 stars all around! Keep up the great work!!

Solid choice when you don’t want to wait for your food/are in the area. The way to go here is the order with 3 veggie dishes and rice for $10. It is a ton of food for the money. I have gotten the meat dishes and they are more expensive for much less so I understand the complaints on portion there. The Dal could use more flavor, it’s a little too “tomato soupy” without much else spice wise but everything else is quite good! And a naan is only a dollar!

I’ve been eating here for 20 yrs..My favorite is to get the Chana Masala and the Dal. It comes with basmati. You have to get the Naan w/ their green chutney ( not sure what it’s called). I always get extra chutney because it’s sooo delicious. They are always so friendly. The amount of food is HUGE for the price. I have since moved from Columbus but every time I’m in town I stop by to get my favorites. Thank you for always being deliciously consistent. ❤️🧡💛

The people here are incredibly nice and friendly and the food is delicious! The Palak Paneer is some of the best I've ever had. I always say I will try a different type of food at North Market but can never pass up Flavors of India!

I had Flavors of India for the first time today. They give you a good portion of food that can allow you to have left overs (if you allow lol). The staff was very friendly and all of the food i tried was amazing!
