Delicious.. staff is very polite and Friendly.. I bought two pretzels for myself. The original pretzel and the garlic pretzel.. both were hot and fresh I always get some mustard to put on my pretzel New York style... Love this place they are normally in the airport but they have one here in Columbus
This Auntie Anne's is great! The caucasian lady with blond hair was very friendly and helpful! She made my pretzel absolutely perfect with no butter, & lightly salted!

Impeccable customer service. I work in the mall and couldn’t get it delivered because of bad internet, but I also couldn’t leave my kiosk. Crystal from Auntie Anne’s was kind enough to walk to the other side of the mall to deliver my order. I’m definitely going to continue ordering from this restaur

Great experience, great pretzels, but they no longer do garlic flavoring. Ive ALWAYS got garlic flavoirng on their pretzels since I was a kid. Now I will have to start bringing my own garlic...
