I eat here frequently because I work close. Food is always fresh, service is good, never a long line. My expectation of fast food around lunch time isn’t very high but they always give good service and really do a good job!
Today I got two peas leg and thought biscuit with coleslaw and it was all good I cannot complain I also got the banana cake today and that was so good it was more than good it was delicious I wanted another one but I was at home eating I couldn't go get another one. But I had to say the food was great a couple days ago I went to a different franchise and I was so upset because of food was not good so thank you Popeyes for making me happy today
Stopped by while driving back home to Illinois. Burgers were a bit dry but nice, and the people there were super kind and friendly! I might be a bit biased, but I always love Popeyes lol
There's nothing better then great service. Something a simple as, would you like a complimentary soft drink while you wait, goes far. They needed to make fresh biscuits and that simple act of hospitality says something about the front restaurant staff. Thanks Marquis. Corri, afternoon crew. Returned and Sha'Love was on tip of too. Either the management has stepped up there Frontline game with hiring good people or this Front Line crew is just an example of people taking pride in what they do the restaurants clean there's plenty of chicken and if I have to wait a few minutes for biscuits or spicy chicken I'll do it every time when I feel comfortable in the environment I'm in great job Popeyes afternoon in late night crew. There wasn't visible hours posted, inside or on the entrance. But I'm sure management will get that together.
Food is great. For my family size portion is great everyone enjoys everything even the picky toddler. So I'm happy. I ordered dinner yesterday and they forgot my separate meal all together. The manager said come back I'll make it fresh myself and give you your money back she actually gave be extra. The fix the problem right away and I appreciated it. Thank you
The service on 5/28/23 around 12:30pm was phenomenal. The warm and cheerful lady running the counter brightened my day. The food also came out just right. I've been coming to this location for about 5 years now, and have rarely had any issues. If something does come out wrong, the team has always made it right. Unfortunately, the women's bathroom was messy when we visited but this could have been due to a careless customer.
Usually a very busy location; during lunch/dinner rush you can be waiting for 10/15 minutes. But staff is friendly, helpful, and quick as can be. Food is always on point. Worth the wait.
Didn't go in, went through Drive-thru..food was fresh, Customer Service was spot on, very helpful Staff to ensure your Order is correct!
Super fast service and was to perfection. I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and I had to use the bathroom (one of the cleanest I've seen in Ohio) and I had come out 5 minutes later and it was ready. Staff was to my liking but I'ma juggalo so I gotta say they weren't off key. Smiles all around and a clean environment.
We were traveling and stopped here for a quick bite. Staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was probably the best Popeyes I've ever had!
