When we placed our order all service members were incredibly helpful as it was our first time in to a Potbelly, but it was later when I realized I had left my purse behind and they were kind enough to remove it from the chair in the lobby and hold it in the back until I could return later that day.
First time I ever ate here. I got the sandwich and soup deal. I picked the Italian Sandwich and Broccoli and Cheese soup. Both were DELICIOUS! Only thing I WISH they had was dressing. It would of been much better with Italian Dressing. They only have seasoning. I'm a picky eater. But I enjoyed this
This is definitely one of the best restaurants you could go to in the Columbus area! Great food, great staff and good vibes only! Definitely 5 very well deserved stars from me👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had the Wreck and the Roast Beef and both were fantastic. I used to work at Potbelly in college, I'm glad to see they're still putting out quality sandwiches.
Potbelly’s is a high quality sandwich spot, with a great list of options and great flavors. All the homemade toppings and add ons are worth the try, and overall a great experience.
1st time going to Potbelly. I would go back. I ordered a hot meatball sub with cheese on multi grain. The roll was nicely toasted. The sandwich has hot and tasty. Of course I shouldn't have, but did get a large chocolate chip cookie and a bag of chips. Ate in the restaurant. Patrons were a nice mix
Excellent hot made to order sandwiches. Soups are hot and tasty. The big pickle is worth the extra charge.
Service was fast, staff was friendly, food was good. Was a little loud, but overall good experience
I've seen this restaurant many times from route 315 and never had the time to stop in but from now on it's going to be a standard stopping place for me and my family. The sandwiches we had were fantastic way above my expectations and my family's expectations.. They beat their competitors hands down!
