Das Kaffeehaus Von Frau Burkhart - Columbus - Photo album

Found this place on the Columbus Coffee Trail and it's a unique coffee shop that doubles as a concert venue. I can't speak for the coffee but I had multiple baked goods and they were all fantastic. Great place to study as it is very open, has wifi, and has lots of seating. I talked to the owner a
Hands-down Das is the best coffee house on the Lower Scioto Greenway! Excellent brews! Excellent pastries! Excellent vibes! Excellent parking! Excellent location! Excellent music! This IS the spot to start, drop-by, and/or finish any bicycle tour in Columbus, Ohio. It is centrally located on the Low
This is a great place that is a hybrid coffee shop, bar and soon to be restaurant. Come for the fresh baked goods.
The owner took the time to explain the backstory behind the business. The coffee and pastries were amazing!
This was stop number 14 of my Columbus Coffee Experience. I really like the inside of this place and it is really cool to know that a radio station is downstairs also. The cherry strudel and coffee were great and this place is definitely one of my favorites on this tour of coffee places! Check it o
Got a Foxtrot (coconut and vanilla syrup) iced coffee today! It was great. The baristas were friendly and they have good dairy-free alternatives - coconut milk, almond milk and soy milk. I really like that it's a local business and the shop seems like a nice, quiet place to work on homework. I'll be
Great atmosphere! The owner Joseph is an incredible guy and offers a unique coffee experience. The pastry’s are made by his wife using old 1st generation German recipes!
Coffee house meets bar in an unorthodox pairing that works. Lots of tables and room to spread out to study and a few board games if you'd want to hang out with friends. Not a traditional atmosphere, but reasonable. Pour over was ok. My wife got a soy specialty latte that was a little burned, but al
This is one of - if not the best - coffee house(s) or kaffeehaus in Columbus. If you're downtown make sure to stop by - you won't regret it! The owner is very nice and is great to talk to. This place has a very friendly and awesomely chill environment. Whether your looking to study, or just drop in
Went here for the first time this morning and we will definitely be going back. The owner is great and the coffee is amazing! It tastes just like European coffee and is truly 10 times better than Starbucks!
First visit was for the #SaveTheCrew breakfast on Saturday, but didn’t stay long because it was overwhelmingly busy, which was fine bc it was a big deal for our city to go and support our lads. Went there this afternoon for a coffee and I think met the owner, him and the lady when I ordered the cof
Great coffee, energizing music, and just enough food to fuel a session of cafe-office. Especially love the booths with power plugs and USB ports. They need a bigger sign out front so more folks know they are here. (Just don't steal my booth :).Go Frau Go!
I'm typically a latte drinker, but the two house coffees here are the best things on the menu by far. Definitely a unique cup. Also, because it doesn't say it anywhere on the website, Das KaffeeHaus DOES have non-dairy milk.
This is the perfect anti-hipster coffee house/pub that exists. Veteran owned/operated. Perfectly local. - pastry is delicious - coffee is, literally, incomparable - great vibe with a great story Go, enjoy, support.
Awesome and friendly coffee shop. The German Village location is closing 16 Sept 2018. The BlackBerry lavender mocha is/was out of this world.
Entering was a bit strange, I didn't know where to go so stumbled into this big room with a bar at the end and a stage on the other. Then I discovered a separate coffee counter around the corner! Unfortunately they only sell coffee until 4 so I normally can't make it here in time.
Fantastic coffee, pastries, and service with a fun location. Owner is friendly and so passionate about his work! Would recommend.
Excellent coffee and huge breakfast portions. Some of the best pancakes I've had in Columbus.
