The Starbucks at the corner of 14th and High st. is a perfect location for Ohio State students. I go to this location all the time and the wait time for mobile orders is so fast. With that being said there are some parts of the store that are not very accessible. The two doors to get into the store are not automatic making difficult for a person using a wheel chair to enter. Additionally because it does get so busy there is not much room for mobility in the small space. Finally there is only street parking in front and on the side of the store with a few handicap spots making it not super accessible. There is no need for a ramp because it is a level entrance to the side walk which is very nice. Overall I really love this location and how convenient it is for OSU students! However some improvements on accessibility could be made!
This Starbucks is like any other in that it's efficient, the drinks are good and I've never had an issue with what I've ordered. My only complaint is every time I go here it smells like spoiled milk when you walk in.
Every sip makes your morning better. I recommend using the app to get extra points to get free drinks, and order on the app to save time and not wait. I love the feelings of drinking somethings good, and well made. Best drink that I always order, Mango Dragon fruit with half Lemonade half water.
Starbucks tends to be consistent, and this location is no different. I food from here a couple of mornings while in town, and everything was as expected.

Starbucks is the only constant really… it’s good, it’s tasty… I’m just afraid they’re falling too far from they’re roots. I mean things like asking for a straw… when I’ve already paid to enjoy a beverage… I read somewhere that Starbucks is closing restrooms… just think of it now “we’re gonna sell you drinks but you can’t pee here!” Come on Starbucks you can do way better.
Overall the Starbucks on high street is accessible however there is still a few things that could be improved. For example the double doors to enter the Starbucks aren’t very accessible for a wheel chair and the construction across the street doesn’t help either. On the contrary, the inside is big enough to maneuver a wheel chair, there are high and low tables, there are two accessible bathrooms and there are also braille menus. The service at Starbucks is also really good and I know that there are trainings that have to be done on accessibility for both the workers and customers. Lastly the outside patio is very accessible and leads directly into the Starbucks.
Average coffee served by very friendly staff considering how busy they are. Never been a big fan of Starbucks but they do have a variety of offering for the vegan folks.
I was happy to hear Starbucks added food to their menu! Prior you stopped to get a fantastic cup of coffee but we're forced to get a sandwich somewhere else?? Now you provide one stop shopping!!! To be more specific...Breakfast sandwich...because you have always had foods. I hope it has paid off and will continue into the future!!!
Love this hidden gem...
Open until Midnight! What?!
My favorite Starbucks. I order from UberEats here almost everyday. They never mess up my order, and anytime they’re out of something, they’re sure to give me a call and let me know in case I’d like something else. They also leave cute little friendly notes on some of the packaging occasionally.
This is a great Starbucks on campus. They do a great job, even when they’re busy (which is most of the time). The store is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I was really impressed today when a staff member told a guest to put their mask on.
Everyone who works here is a certified badass. They get the orders right, they're friendly, they're fast, they deal with the rushes (which they ALWAYS have) efficiently. It's really a tremendous team to watch. As a Starbucks, the environment itself is also great and cozy, although I somewhat dislike the renovations they made in summer 2018; it became much less cozy and inviting for a long stay and much more designed for getting people in and out. Maybe they could have adjusted a bit better. Overall though, probably the best Starbucks I've ever been to.
Got a pineapple ginger coffee drink. Should I have known it would taste terrible? Yes. Did that stop me? No. Staff was super busy but gladly made me a new drink anyway, one that was awesome.
I've been here more than once, and they're always very friendly and sweet.
