FUSIAN is amazing. The staff there were so friendly and fun, made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was really nice too. Tried to add mango in the roll and it tasted good. Will be back!
I love to make my own Sushi roll: tempura shrimp, tofu carrots, avocado, with spicy mayo, sweet soy and crunches. The Gyoza is really good too. The food is great, and so is the lavender lemonade.
We ate at FUSIAN on Saturday night and it was a great experience. The service was friendly and top notch. I went "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" style and asked the manager to make me whatever he wanted that would be delicious. 6 out of 5 stars, highly recommend. The rest of our group ordered off the menu and loved what they got. We've eaten at a lot of sushi places and FUSIAN was high-quality with a really good value and quick service. The manager was great and the staff was too. They made you feel comfortable and appeared as if they enjoyed working there. It was a fun and friendly at atmosphere with good food at a good value.
To be completely honest I'm not a huge fan of sushi but I wanted to give it another try and I'm glad I did. I was politely greeted by Remy, he walked me through the line, and even helped me sign up for rewards. He just had good vibes and made the experience worth it. I'll for sure be going back since the spring chicken roll was quite delicious as well.
The food here is really good! I had a crab bowl with a kale and rice base and tons of different toppings and sauces. Great portion size for a reasonable price. We got recommended by people in the area to try this place and they were right. Tons of make your own options with many different protein choices. Very filling and tasteful lunch.
Took my son in for his birthday & it was my first time in & not his. I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoy it. Drink selection was different & a nice change from ordinary drinks to choose from.
I really liked this place. The people were friendly and my food was really good. It's serves as a 'create your own roll' place. There are the typical rolls that are the norm, or you can choose your ingredients. Also, I was able to split my order and get two types of roll in one. I got a salad also. It seemed pretty fresh but I didn't care for the dressing. There are different types of fountain drinks too. The pricing seemed normal to slightly high, but my roll was a good size. I can usually eat a lot of sushi but I was full after this one, which was nice. I liked this place and I would definitely return.
I ordered a roll through the Fusian app and failed to add a condiment that we like. I had to drive to the restaurant to get it. The man who waited on me was so nice. My 8yr old grandson said I need to leave a 5-star review. Thank you for the friendly interaction!!!
I have to say had one of the best customer service experiences ever visiting this branch of FUSIAN. The staff was super friendly, Josh in the management team was going around asking everyone if they needed anything. We started chatting with him that turned into a very pleasant 10-20 min conversation. Overall we love eating here, the food is very tasty, serving is super quick, pricing is very affordable.
Fusian is a very innovative restaurant with a create your own bowl or sushi roll theme. You come into the restaurant and can choose from a bowl or sushi. I picked the bowl. First you choose white or brown rice and then I had the chance to choose 1 protein or half and half portions of 2 different proteins. I chose half and half and then chose my sides. I created a great bowl and for the $12 price tag I was happy. Good experience and good flavors.

Fusian is always a great go to for a quick meal but let me tell you I have not had this level of service and professionalism from a QSR in a really really long time. The team at FUSIAN Easton is top notch and really added to our experience.
