Awesome sandwiches, delicious cookies, and great customer service. Large portions...and prices were comparable to Jersey Mikes, Subway, etc.
Wow. Okay, so Columbus has 100 sub shops it seems, but I felt the need to try another one. For the price, you get a HUGE sub. There is a ton of meat on it, and plenty of toppings to choose from. I was shocked that the piece of cheese that was on there was not paper thin, and you could actually taste it! I got a cold sub, and while it was quality, I was told that the warm subs are that much better. I will be going back.
I placed a pick up online for the Build Your Own Sub ($10.08) with Roast Beef Turkey and Pepper Jack Cheese, a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a M&M Cookie($1.79). The food was good! They forgot to add the M&M cookie so I had to go back in. Make sure you check your bag before you leave. The staff was super kind though and fixed it immediately.
Excellent service when placing our catering order - easy and accommodating to special requests. The delivery and set up prior to the event was on time and by a very friendly and knowledgeable DiBella's catering employee. We have used them prior to this event and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them for the product, the service, and the price.
Ordered a large (10 in.) Sub with two meats and several toppings for pickup and was impressed with the total cost of $10.49!
Drove to the store and was disappointed that no one took the time to greet me upon entering. The boy working the register seemed like he was in outer space, but I soon got his attention long enough to retrieve my order.
The sub was well packaged, and the amount of meat and toppings were generous! Based on the inflated prices of most sandwich restaurants, DiBella's knocked it out of the park!
Dibellas is a great sub spot, with a great selection of cold cut and hot speciality sandwiches. A little on the pricier side, but great quality and service. I got the godfather with some additions and would highly recommend.
DiBella’s is a fantastic sub store. There are various types of proteins, vegetables and sauces that we can choose for build your own sub. Remember to add its oil on the top. The service was pretty friendly and fast. Wi-Fi was available.
In Columbus for my daughters graduation. We decided to stay in tomorrow at the hotel. We stopped last minute at DiBella’s subs and placed a catering order. They were very accommodating, took care of everything we needed and hooked us up a great sandwich platter with all the sides. As well as a cookie platter all at a greet price on one of the busiest weekends of the year.
Foot and service did not disappoint!! Everything was great. Sides per perfectly packaged and fresh. Staff, service and quality of food was great!!!
Food was prepared quickly, toppings were generous in quantity, tasted good. Lots of options, pricing is reasonable. The bread seemed to be freshly prepared the same day, possibly in-house.
Slow service, but they warn you on the sign. Turkey sub was yummy.
Haven't eaten here since covid hit. Glad it's still open. Subs are good and they are not shy with the meat/cheese/toppings!
This place is a hidden Gem. I know that Debellas is a chain, however it is not just the food that makes this location one for the books. It is their service. I have called last minute a couple times for a large catering order the staff has come through. Thank you for such great service.
It was the first time we’ve ever had DiBella’s, and definitely won’t be the last. The subs were amazing, the bread and ingredients were both fresh and delicious, and I was amazed at how cute (and a great price) the kids’ sub meals were.
What an amazing job DiBella's on Olentangy River Road, did for me today! They catered an event for over 60 people. Not only was the food delicious, it was on time, and Melanie Y. took the time to arrange it artfully and made sure it looked scrumptious to our guests! I really appreciate the care that was taken in fulfilling my order. Thank you and Kudos to everyone who had a part in it!
