Chick fil A is my favorite when it comes to eating fast foods. I love their spicy sandwich, southwest salad. And I absolutely love the way they maintain the drive through crowd. This is just another location. We was visiting the drive through for lunch, however, it was late enough to let go the crowd. Everything was usual, a staff came to take the order while waiting in the line. We got the salads and a medium fries. We loved it.

Didn't get one of our sandwiches we ordered went back in to get it and the manager in there was super nice and made it right with us. And she went out of her way and hooked us up with a cookie for our inconvenience. First time every having Chick-fil-A and it was fire 🔥. Highly recommended

Really like Chick-fil-A! First time we've had a hiccup was today. Miscommunication with the order, probably charged us to much. Should of double checked the double check. We were home, an hour away when we noticed the mistakes.
But my tummy was happy and satisfied, as was my wife's! Hit the Spot !
In the future, can I order ahead and pick up at the drive thru?

This chick-fil-a does exactly what it needs to do perfectly.
This chick-fil-a probably has some of the longest lunch lines, and I still find my self served within 5-10 minutes. They have their line/queue system down to a science with the drive thru. The staff is all efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this chick-fil-a, and trust me I have given them plenty of opportunities to prove me wrong.

My daughter and I tagged along with my sister to Columbus on her business trip, and my daughter wanted Chick-fil-A. That is when we crossed paths with Riley, she was very pleasant, and friendly, and she has such a warm smile. It was a pleasure meeting her. The overall service was top notch and my daughter really enjoyed her food. We had an excellent experience, thank you.

It's a great chicken sandwich and waffle fries are the perfect choice for a side. Staff will be friendly and treat you right every time. I guess that's why there's usually a line of patrons waiting to order.

Good food, very polite staff, clean restaurant and restrooms. Hard to give a great review however when it takes over 15 minutes to get a single combo and nobody even noticed it was missing or checked in until I went up to counter (was still on screen and several employees had walked by). I chalk that up to being new however and am confident things will improve over time.

This is a new store in the chain and the staff is still learning. So far they are doing a good job with only a few corrections needed! Our food was freshly prepared and out to us in reasonable time and lived up to the press and customer reviews.

Quick and personal. During one of my experiences I was given two milkshakes instead of one simply because they didn't have whipped cream to top it off! They (and all Chick-fil-A stores) go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Opening Day was wonderful! The food was everything we've come to expect from CFA. It was fun and enjoyable to watch the new team of workers behaving like seasoned veterans. Great addition to the neighborhood!

If I could give no stars I would. I have gone to many different restaurants, fast food places, customer service venues throughout my life. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by any of them as I was here. Here’s the summed up version: I was given the wrong order, tenders meal when I ordered nuggets, and there was only two tenders in the box. I was like this isn’t right, and I immediately turned around to inform them and to get the correct order. The MANAGER then told me I was lying, accused me of ordering wrong. When I showed her my receipt and the food that they gave me and that they didn’t match, she then proceeded to take both the food and the receipt, rip it up and throw it away. Then said, “I think this was a mistake on your part.” I laughed, astonished and unsure if this was some weird joke. I said look, I would just like what I ordered. She proceeded to blame me, saying A: they didn’t mess up my order even though I clearly showed her they did and B: that a mistake like only putting two tenders in a box would NEVER happen here, and I must have eaten them and then returned them. I told her there was no way I would have had time to eat half my meal as I had just left and saw it and then returned it (not to mention, they gave me no sauces when I asked for 4 different kinds, just to add insult to injury). As someone who has worked in customer service for many many years, in food service and in other aspects such as the Medical field and Pharmacy, I can ASSURE YOU mistakes like this CAN and DO happen. In a much more life threatening way than incorrectly making a meal. As I pressed onward, I FINALLY received my correct order and was able to get on my way, but not before the manager walked away and scoffed as I was in the middle of speaking. This had already been an unimaginable week for me and after that interaction, I was done. As I said, I have worked customer service and have had some awful days doing it. I have NEVER treated another person like that, regardless. Even if she was “having a bad day”, the way that young manager acted and what she had said was completely ignorant and inappropriate, to think mistakes could never be made and that it was okay to treat ANYBODY like that, customer or not. Even typing this now I can’t believe the ignorance. I immediately called their customer service line to share this experience and the representative could not believe what I was telling her. She said she would immediately reach out to let the owner of that particular store know (as stores have different owners) and that I should definitely receive a phone call. It has been over a week. No phone call was received, no resolution was made, and I’m sure that manager is still there as we speak, thinking the way she acted and the things that she said were okay, and that disgusts me. I will never return here and I urge others to strongly consider taking your business elsewhere and speaking up when treated this way. After no attempt by the owner to reach out and resolve the issue, I can only assume the problem stems there, and trickles down to enabling management and employees to think this is okay. Truly pathetic and I am very saddened by this experience.
